Dopo il vostro volo in mongolfiera di 45 - 60 minuti, gli ospiti vengono trattati con champagne fresco e cibo catering nel cuore del deserto, il perfetto inizio di giornata. - Nelle nostre escursioni in mongolfiera è sempre consigliato un abbigliamento casual comodo, poiché ci godiamo la natura in un ambiente desertico. La temperatura nel pallone è circa la stessa di quella a terra, quindi assicurati di vestirti in modo appropriato per le temperature previste del giorno. In qualsiasi giorno consigliamo scarpe chiuse, una giacca leggera, crema solare, un cappello, occhiali da sole e una macchina fotografica
- Per garantire un'esperienza sicura in mongolfiera, le passeggere potrebbero non essere incinte al momento del volo, o aver subito un intervento chirurgico recente o ossa rotte, e dovrebbero essere in grado di stare in piedi per la durata del volo (circa 60 minuti). Si dovrebbe essere in grado di saltare dal secondo gradino di una scala ed essere in buona salute generale. Tutti i passeggeri sono tenuti a completare una rinuncia di responsabilità prima del tour.
- Il tempo totale del tour è di 3 - 4 ore se ci incontriamo presso il nostro check-in o 4-5 ore se utilizziamo i nostri servizi di trasporto alberghiero di andata e ritorno. Il tempo totale del tour include i trasferimenti al nostro sito di lancio nel deserto, la visualizzazione del gonfiaggio della mongolfiera, il giro in mongolfiera di circa 45 - 60 minuti, bollicine e morsi post-volo, nonché la presentazione di certificati di volo commemorativi da portare a casa.
- I nostri tour si svolgono nel deserto di Sonora, e la natura purtroppo non fornisce un bagno. I nostri siti di lancio e atterraggio variano di giorno in giorno a seconda dei venti, tipicamente in zone remote del deserto. Mentre di solito ci sono alberi e cespugli abbondanti, non ci sono servizi igienici disponibili durante il viaggio, quindi assicuratevi di utilizzare il bagno prima del volo!
- Anche se abbiamo il maggior numero di giorni di volo all'anno di qualsiasi parte del paese, il maltempo può accadere. Per questo motivo, raccomandiamo sempre di prenotare l'escursione in mongolfiera all'inizio del soggiorno in modo da avere date alternative per il volo in caso di maltempo nella data del volo selezionata. In caso di cancellazione del tempo non c'è alcun costo a vostro carico, e si può riprogrammare a vostro piacimento, o annullare la prenotazione interamente.

Having to wake up very early to drive to the airport, to then drive to the balloon location in a bumpy van with no talking or any kind of entertainment was dull. We were then told to wait in the van while the pilot evaluated the weather. We were not upset about the flight canceling due to the weather, but there was no communication. I’m in aviation and saw the cells and looked over the TAF.. it was forecasted to be higher winds. We waited for an hour in the van.. with no other conversation from the pilot or driver.. and then told it was canceled due to the winds. If there had been some sort of communication and even if the driver talked and asked questions it would have been a pleasant experience. To then drive back another 45 minutes… I wouldn’t book with you guys again to be honest.. not trying to be mean.. but I’d rather it be an entire event from start to finish.
Fun exercise. Felt totally safe. The only thing you need tobbe prepared for is the amount of heat that is used to fly the hot air ballon I would suggest wearing a hat .I would definetly use this company again

Booked this for my girlfriend’s. Our balloon ride got cancelled for weather, which I get, but they waited until our exact scheduled pickup time to tell us. They had to have known beforehand since they’d have needed to already be on their way to pick us up, so there’s no reason they couldn’t have told us sooner. Because of that timing we’d already checked out of our hotel and ended up with nowhere to stay, and they weren’t able to help when we called. Weather happens, but waiting until the last second to tell us something they already knew was not okay

Safety is always our highest priority, and because hot air ballooning is entirely weather dependent, our FAA-licensed pilots continuously monitor conditions up until launch. On the morning of your flight, we notified all passengers as soon as our pilots determined that conditions were not safe to fly. At that point, your driver was already en route for your scheduled pickup. We can absolutely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the cancellation notice after you had already checked out of your hotel, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective. While weather decisions sometimes must be made later than we would like due to everchanging conditions, we've shared your feedback with our piloting team to provide as much notice as possible, whenever possible. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding that safety must always come first.

As advertised, do look for the company’s email ,Viator is a little out of the look on correct information; location close but about 1/8 mile in opposite direction.The food is not from the advertised restaurant.A lot of Costco items ,but it was all their the set up ,transportation and crew were all there ,tough to hear driver in van ride ,but most likely didn’t miss much .Highly recommend the company,

The overall experience was really good, from the initial pickup meeting all the way to the balloon landing. However, the pilot was quite rude when verifying our vouchers at the end of the adventure. After booking the experience through Groupon and receiving a booking confirmation from Hot Air Expeditions, I had already marked my vouchers as "used." Because of this, the voucher numbers were no longer visible. The pilot became unnecessarily rude when asking for them, which was a disappointing end to a great trip.

Book your adventure early in the week because we were canceled, because of wind,on the day we scheduled, but were able to squeeze it in on the next day. Our Pilot Tommy was amazing. Very professional and also fun. He took time to make sure we were comfortable & felt safe. This was an incredible ride…so peaceful and beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated me with a gluten-free muffin. The basket was a little tough to get in and out of, but I did it even with a bad knee and one knee replacement. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
