This was the most underwhelming Aviator trip I have ever taken. The person giving the commentary was absolutely disinterested in his job and should be fired. I wish they provided some history and background about the buildings or even the names of all the buildings - what a waste of money and time!

The cruise itself was absolutely worth doing. Seeing Paris from the Seine at night (especially the Eiffel Tower sparkling) was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The route offers wonderful views of the city’s landmarks, and seeing them from the river gives you a completely different perspective of Paris. The boarding experience, however, was mildly frustrating. Despite a quick-moving line, we waited more than an hour to get onto the boat, and once we finally boarded, there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. Our daughters managed to find seats, but my wife and I had to stand for the entire cruise. To be fair, we visited during Bastille Day weekend, so Paris was exceptionally busy and we expected larger-than-normal crowds. Even so, better crowd management and limiting boarding to the boat’s available seating would have made the experience much more comfortable. (Especially since we ended up being the second-to-last cruise of the night at 10:30pm and the final boat was half-filled.) Despite the long wait and lack of seating, the nighttime sights and overall experience were still worth it. I would recommend the cruise, especially around sunset, but anyone visiting during a major holiday weekend should arrive prepared for a significant wait and the possibility of standing.

Really good and boat not too crowded! Plenty of space to move around and choice of where to sit. Toilets on board too.

The vessel was clean, seats were comfortable. Options were given to sit or stand, above or below deck. During the time we visited it was super hot so I appreciated being able to stay below the deck to stay cool and still be able to see everything clearly through opened windows.

We bought tickets assuming this would mean we would get on the boat. However, once we got to line up at 9:45pm there where too many people in front of us and the wait was 2 hours long. They advertise it stops at 10:30 and no one could answer if it was going to go later so we just had to accept the fact that we wearent getting on. There was no prior warning of this and I am very disappointed with my experience and believe this is a bit of a tourist trap

This river cruise felt more like a cattle boat than a relaxing sightseeing experience. The boat was packed well beyond a comfortable capacity, making it difficult to move around or enjoy the views. Even worse, the onboard toilets were not working, which was unacceptable and a major inconvenience for passengers. The attendant at the boarding gate was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, setting a negative tone before the cruise even began. Overall, the service and organization were extremely poor, and the experience was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this company and would definitely choose a different river cruise on my next visit

Yes, a positive Viator experience!! We easily found the boarding place, boarded the boat and enjoy a wonderful view of Paris from the boat. This was worth the price.

Stay away from this Bateaux-Mouches because after making the payment by card you will not take any excursion. So it is just a real scam. They did not allow us 6 people to take the boat due to evening overcrowding. They did not refund us.

If we were told the lines would be over one hour just to go, I would have not opted for the same cruise. Make sure you go early or reserve a timeslot, if possible. We didn’t get to sit outside as it was too full and there was no audio to highlight the monuments.

It was a great way to see Paris sights with family. Limited the walking while giving us a sense of the city and its rich history.
