This trip was not worth the setup. We were given a set of specific instruction, which turned out to be either wrong or just to make us feel pressured. Things like "Don't be late, we wont hold the boat" then the boat isnt on time and the "boats name is X" and then its not. These things started our adventure on a negative note. The food was limited even with choices and it wasnt good. It definitely wasnt $200 good. I take responsibility for not looking at the menu before hand to make sure I would eat some options, but I wish there was better choices. The bad music choices were extremely loud and I couldn't speak to my GF clearly. The drinks were unlimited, but I couldn't get more then like two thirds of a coke at a time like I was gonna clean them out or something. I did enjoy the dessert, but im not sure it was what was advertised. The boat ride was smooth and the view of the statue of liberty was wonderful.

We came for my surprise birthday weekend. Even though it was rainy, we enjoyed and still got a chance to go up top when the rain subsided. The staff was friendly and food was good. Unfortunately it was very warm on the third floor and we didn't get to hear any music I guess due to the speakers not working so that was disappointing. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close was fantastic.

I had a really nice and unforgettable time in this cruise, the food and the ambiance was the the best. Jemal was exceptional by helping me take pictures of me and my girlfriend while I was proposing to her.

I picked the VIP package for my wife's Birthday. It was a great experience, we're born and raised in NYC but never got to see the city from that point of view. The staff and food were great. We plan on coming again!

waited 3 hours for boat and it never showed. next day they sen email apologizing. Ruined my entire night. It was 30 year anniversary. They had my number, they should have called same night. Many people were upset and started leaving, couldnt wat so long. Tried calling them, but they wouldnt answer.

A different ship than was listed arrived 30 minutes late and there was no communication about the substitution. I could have very easily missed the ship if my husband had not asked. Once on the ship though the service was great. The food was very good. We enjoyed our experience. Just know there is a possibility that the ship that is listed will not be the ship that shows up and it may show up much later than listed as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We booked this experience at a cost of $250 per person based on the representation that it was a “luxury” dinner boat cruise, with promotional photos and descriptions that suggested a high-end fine dining experience. Unfortunately, the experience we encountered was significantly different from what was advertised and fell far below the standard we reasonably expected. Upon arrival, we discovered that the boat was not the vessel that we booked. The actual boat appeared dated, poorly maintained, and inconsistent with the luxury experience that was promoted. While the staff members we interacted with were kind and welcoming, the overall operation appeared disorganized and did not reflect the level of service expected for a premium dining cruise. No strict uniform. Cell phones hanging out back pockets of tight jeans. Fine dinning? Several issues immediately raised concerns about cleanliness, food safety, and quality: A hose was left on the floor near the entrance of the boat, creating an unprofessional and unsafe first impression. A charcuterie board included in our VIP package had already been placed on our table before our arrival. This food was left unattended, and there was no way to know how long it had been sitting out or who had passed by it. The cheese was visibly sweaty, and the meat appeared discoloured and grey. The caviar included in the VIP package was also left sitting on the edge of the table before our arrival, a main walkway to all the tables for guests. Upon closer inspection, the glassware was dirty and one of the plates was chipped. In addition, the band arrived late, delaying departure from the dock. While waiting, music was played through overhead speakers that included commercial interruptions, which was completely inconsistent with the luxury dining atmosphere that was advertised. Given the numerous discrepancies between the advertised experience and what was actually provided, as well as the concerns regarding food presentation, cleanliness, and overall quality, we made the decision to leave before the boat departed. We did not receive the experience we paid for and do not believe the charge is justified but unfortunately, after 3 attempts to discuss the issue with the NYC Water Company, I have decided to post this review in hopes that they will respond here. This is not acceptable and I have been bamboozled. Buyer again, beware.

Great experience 👍🏻 was late for 40 minutes but we still have our 3 full hours, just arrived 40 minutes later then. It still was really joyful, the team on the boat is really nice, a big thank to them❤️ vip is highly recommended 👍🏻
