The job of the resort activity agent at a hotel is to talk to their clients to understand what type of experience they are looking for and “vibe” they seek for the day. We were clearly misread or misunderstood for this excursion. This was not a quiet or enjoyable afternoon boat ride but that is not necessarily the fault of this company or crew. If you are looking for an all you can drink party vibe, then this is it! Most seemed to be enjoying the party with LOUD music, dancing, and endless drinking. Drinking on the boat, drinking on the sandbar, and drinking on the way home. It’s a great was to start the party for your vacation but not for those who are looking for peace or tranquility on the water or those who just enjoy boating. This was a younger crowd looking for a party. The crew was friendly and we never felt unsafe. They made the passengers wait to have beverages before snorkeling. The snorkeling was not great as visibility was poor. There was a guide in the water who showed us a shell with a crab in it and kept an eye on swimmers. For us, this not great and we couldn’t wait to get off the boat. But for the young party crowd, I am sure they would give it a higher rating. It just depends on what you are searching for. Would not recommend at all got older crowd or families! May want to pay attention if you ask your hotel concierge for recommendations especially at the Westin.

This was super fun! Mostly an emphasis on drinking and partying which is what we wanted. If you're looking for more snorkeling and adventure I would advise doing a different excursion. Overall it was a super fun experience and all of the boat crew were super fun and kind!

What a joke.... Let's start with the good. The staff was great and the drinks were good. They lead you to believe that you will be on a sail boat (kind of) the boat had a mast but not even a sail. It was just a motor boat. They say they provide snorkeling equipment and show a lady in the brochure with a diving mask snorkel, and fins. We got a snorkel that kept falling apart and sucking in water and no fins. The current was so strong that we had to turn back in less than 10 minutes. Dont waste your money on this trip. Two thumbs down
My cousin and I had soooo much fun! The captain and tour guide as well as the man in charge of the music really made this experience the best! We even went snorkeling and after that it was back to the party! Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you !
The trip was well organised, ran to schedule, good communication and views were amazing Crew were a lot of run - offering safety and support for novice guests like myself who’d never snorkelled before !
Jonathan and his crew gave our group of 12 packer fans the best time ever! Snorkeling was some of the most fish we've ever seen. The sand bar was a huge double decker boat party! So fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a good time

Pick up was 15 min late. If they are not on the security list at gate you they won’t let bus in to pick up people. This was my first happy hour/booze cruise but what was described was not all that of a big whoop! It was at least over a hour before they opened the bar and if there was a reason behind it ? It was not disclosed. Maybe because they snorkelled on the first stop ? But crew never said anything as we all were asking can we have some alcohol instead of pop they were serving for the longest time. It wasn’t until the first stop of snorkelling they opened bar when everyone was in the water? And served who ever didn’t participate In Snorkelling. It was so bizarre. Then the weather turned to rain and overcast and we sat anchored in the water all 20 of us huddled under this tiny roof. Then moved to another spot a hour later and anchored there for about a hour. For us to swim In shallow water. I found it boring and wanted to head back to shore. The sound system was just horrible if u know what blown speakers sound like. I’ve heard so many fun things from friend’s experiences on their booze cruises but with different tour operators. I won’t do another happy hour with this tour operator. It was just a boat ride for me.
If you’re looking for nonstop, extremely loud music from the time you leave the dock until you return this one’s for you. Brochure shows a sailboat catamaran. Instead, it’s a powered catamaran. The limited shade is right by large speakers that were pumping out a high volume sound the entire time. After the snorkeling experience, the bar opened to adult beverages. Most of the time was cruising at slow speed to a snorkeling area, where we spent about 30 minutes, then another very slow speed cruise to a shallow area where we could swim. The crew was very friendly and accommodating but I must say the cruise wasn’t what we expected. I would’ve liked more moderate volume music, more time snorkeling, and more sightseeing.
This was the worst thing my friends and I did in Punta Cana, the entire process was difficult to say the least. Then when on the boat it was extremely boring, there was nothing to see while snorkelling, they had only vodka and rum on the boat and ran out very quickly, we stopped at a location in the ocean that was supposed to be waist height water, I am a tall person and couldn’t keep the water above my chin while trying to drink my drink. My friends couldn’t come in the water, we wanted to socialize with others in the water and were not allowed to leave the small deep area. The snacks included on the boat were a bag of chips each LOL. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!
