Pros: Delicious and plentiful food, gorgeous scenery, and beautiful shamisem performance. Hostess was very nice and service was fast. Cons: No chairs provided, so be prepared to sit on the floor. If you face the windows, you have no back support. If you have difficulty getting up and down from a chair, getting up off the floor while on a moving boat is almost impossible.
The guide, Shea, was knowledgeable and friendly and kept everything going. The shamisen player was great.
Awesome experience. Great hosts and the musician was a really nice touch. The water fountains in Tokyo bay was a great touch.
Make sure you know the location, we struggled with train station home. It was a great evening, food was delicious and the staff were great
Terrible communication and TOTAL LACK OF CARE by the tour guide LULU made it impossible for me to even get to experience this tour, scheduled to commence at 5pm on 13.7.2026. As my Uber driver was unable to locate the exact meeting point, I contacted LULU by calling her WhatsApp number 5 gimes, with no response. I also sent two voicemail messages and 10! SMS messages begging LULU to call my number so that she can clarify the exact meeting point location to the Uber driver. I started contacting LULU at 16.37pm (23 minutes prior to boat departure). If she would have responded and provided directions to the Uber driver, I would have arrived on time to board and enjoy the cruise. But- all my calls and messages were ignored. Furthermore, LULU have sent me an SMS saying 'Arriving soon?' in response. So - she DID SEE all my calls and messages, and she chose to ignore them. I also called Orange Tours on the number listed on their webpage. Guess what - NO ANSWER! As a result, I did not arrive on time and missed the cruise. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND LACK OF CARE! However when I sent WhatsApp enquiry asking to transfer my cruise booking to the next day - the answer arrived IN 3 MINUTES, informing that no refund or reschedule the cruise is not pissible, as 'tour guide contacted you 4 hours before the cruise'. Yes I had WhatsApp message: Hi I am Lulu, your English speaking tour guide for today's cruise'. DO YOU THINK THIS CONTACT BY LULU FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE BOAT DEPARTURE HELP MY UBER DRIVER TO FIND THE MEETING POINT? I would like the option to give 'NO STAR' rating for this experience, but there is the only option for the LOWEST rating with one star. PLEASE REMOVE THE ONE STAR, AS THIS EXPERIENCE DIES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL. I would not recommend this experience to my enimy!

Very cool, entertaining, and relaxing trip! Feels exclusive and low key. Even when traveling solo, the seating is conducive to meeting fellow travelers and making friends.

Overall the experience was lovely! We even had a surprise fireworks show while on the observation deck that made it even better. My only “disappointment” was I ordered the boat ride and Tokyo tower, and while I got my tower tickets we didn’t stop there. They were for later use, this was not clearly defined in description, and I would not have purchased had I known, as I will not be back in area.

Shiela and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. They continued to keep us updated throughout the day prior to the experience. They made sure we made it to the boat safely and the food was some of the best we have ever had. The meat was superb. Drinks are offered and a dessert at the end. The views, performers, and gifts were the cherry on top. Would highly recommend to anyone.
