- Dopo aver ottenuto il tuo primo vino direttamente dalle tue 9 botti, imparerai le basi della degustazione del vino. - Ci incontriamo nel cuore della cantina, attorno al suo tavolo centenario, dove vi attendono squisiti taglieri di antipasti per accompagnare la degustazione di un secondo vino. - È il momento di usare il bicchiere nero per una degustazione alla cieca, per affinare gli altri sensi. Di che colore è il tuo vino? Non è così facile... - Questo è un vino che ha bisogno di un po' di tempo per riposare. Non credi che il momento sia congelato nel tempo? - Quale modo migliore per svegliarsi dai propri sogni ad occhi aperti (o meglio ancora, per immergersi completamente in essi) se non con le bolle di sapone? Tutti i vini e i prodotti degustati sono disponibili alla giusta temperatura direttamente in Boutique, qualora desideriate prolungare il piacere a casa o fare una passeggiata lungo il Canal Saint Martin.

Two hours that go by far too quickly. This wine tasting course featuring five wines is an invitation to travel, from the mineral freshness of the Loire to the fruity indulgence of Beaujolais — a well-thought-out, progressive itinerary that tells a story. The food and wine pairings were simply impeccable: each bite seemed to have been designed to enhance the glass that accompanied it. One leaves with the desire to recreate the experience at home — and with far fewer excuses for poorly pairing dishes. The teaching style is accessible without ever being condescending: one learns, exchanges ideas, makes mistakes sometimes, and that is perfectly fine. The friendliness is present from start to finish. And what a wonderful idea to have this festive touch as a conclusion! A way to remind us that wine, before being a subject of study, is above all a shared pleasure. The final word was sparkling — as it should be. 🥂 A beautiful discovery that we recommend without hesitation.
