Corso di cucina toscana. Cooking Class di pasto tradizionale toscano dall’antipasto al dolce compresa una pasta fresca fatta in casa a fine lezione cena con tutto preparato accompagnato con Vino Chianti. Il numero massimo di clienti per lezione 15 persone. La scuola ha applicato tutte le norme di legge per la sanificazione dal Coronavirus. La scuola fornisce ai clienti tutto il necessario stabilito dalle norme di sicurezza vigenti (mascherine, gel, ecc.). I clienti partecipano attivamente alla preparazione delle ricette Utilizzo di ingredienti stagionali e locali Menu vegetariani e senza glutine disponibili I clienti impareranno tutti i segreti della cucina Italiana e toscana e riceveranno dispense con le ricette preparate Lezioni private su richiesta al mattino

Best meal ever. Incredibly talented teacher/chef. Partner equally gifted in translating and guiding us. Definately a highlight of our trip. We have plans to recreate this meal at home!
This was the best cooking class I have experienced - based on other experiences in France, China, and the United States. Francesco, who is now the owner, and Julie , who also helped translate from Italian to English, both gave each of us (7 participants) individual attention on techniques, tips along the way, and patiently answered questions in between demonstrations. The food we created from all fresh and local ingredients was delicious and based on traditional local Tuscan cuisine! When any friends and family visit Siena, I will be recommending this experience! And for the reader here, you will enjoy every step of the process!
The class was very well organized, easy step-by-step processes for an outstanding 4 course meal (made by us)! We used all simple ingredients that are available everywhere so we can reproduce the recipes. Chef Francesco answered all questions with patience and great knowledge! It was one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommended!
Was so pleased with this experience. The chef, Francesco (and translator) were both so patient, explaining everything and going at a pace that everyone could learn. The food was AMAZING, and the techniques taught will be able to be used back home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and delicious meal!

This was a lot of fun. An authentic cooking experience using locally sourced food. The instructor was fantastic. This was one of the highlights of my trip to Siena.

My family really enjoyed this. It was the highlight of our trip. It was so very well run/organized with multiple courses (soup, pasta, meat dish, dessert, and wine) we helped prepare. Every dish we created was one of the most delicious things ever. We (hopefully) can recreate when we return to the states! We met some nice people and shared a meal!
Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our time with Francesco and Julie as we prepared a wonderful 4 course meal. We made the pasta by hand from start to finish and helped prep parts of all the other dishes. We learned a lot about food prep and cooking - especially how to take simple ingredients and turn them into amazing dishes. This was a fun activity and we learned a lot about Tuscan cooking. Francesco was very good at answering all our questions and sharing his techniques. We prepared four delicious courses (soup, pasta and the sauce for it, meat and potatoes, and dessert) with three other couples who had signed up for the same class. Lots of good conversation over our meal, and everyone had a different “favorite dish”. Would definitely recommend!!
