In questa lezione pratica guidata da uno chef casalingo, imparerai come preparare il curry da zero e friggere tonkatsu perfettamente croccante e marrone dorato, il tutto in un ambiente divertente e interattivo per piccoli gruppi. Forniamo ricette semplici e facili da seguire e condividiamo suggerimenti su come sostituire gli ingredienti con quelli disponibili nel tuo paese. Sono disponibili anche opzioni vegetariane: fateci sapere in anticipo le vostre preferenze. Il nostro studio è nascosto in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale nel vecchio quartiere del centro di Tokyo. Qui, avrete uno scorcio della vita quotidiana giapponese. Had a wonderful time learning how to make Japanese curry and the various secret ingredients that could be used. Yuki was polite very professional and helpful.
Wow. Yuki is super friendly, explains everything, you do the whole process by yourself, and the food is just absolutely delicious.
We loved our visit at Yukis house. At first we were greeted very nicely with a cup of greentea, we felt welcomed from the very beginning. Cooking was very funny and we learned a lot. Everything was perfect, we are very thankful for the experience :) Food was delicious. Hope to be able to visit again at our next stay at Tokyo!

Very enjoyed this cooking class. The host is most accomodating and knowledgible. Even though I had already tried my hands on Japanese Curry, I could learn plenty of new things. Also the sesame pickled green beans were delicious.
