This was an amazing experience myself and my husband enjoyed during our trip to Italy! Tiziana was so accommodating to her home & very friendly & encouraging! She explained everything & taught us the authentic ways to create Italian specialties! We got to make foccacia, gnocchi, pesto & tiramisu before getting to try them all alongside a glass of Prosecco! Such a fun experience we thoroughly enjoyed & lots of photos/videos to remember it by thanks to both Tiziana & her husband Roberto! Thank you so much!!!

Highly recommend taking this cooking class!! Tiziana (the chef) and Roberto (the photographer) were so welcoming into their home! We first watched Tiziana work the focaccia dough into the pan with plenty of olive oil. Then we started on making the separate elements for the tiramisu, layering them into the dish, then off to the refrigerator for chilling. Then off to making pesto. Initially it looked impossible to make with so many basil leaves in the mortar with only the pestle and a few smaller ingredients. Tiziana was a fabulous instructor, and before we knew it, my husband and I both had made our individual pesto sauces. Next we made the gnocchi dough and shaped it. Then finally, we were able to enjoy all the food we made. It was fabulous! We couldn’t believe we were able to accomplish so much in so little time, thanks to our wonderful teacher Tiziana! I highly recommend you book this cooking experience!!

This was an excellent cooking class with an introduction to making some Genovese classics! The class size was just right and conducting this in the comfort of their home was brilliant and added to the friendliness of the overall experience. Titziana and her husband were very cordial and catering throughout this whole experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to cook up some Italian classic dishes to take this class!

My mom and I booked a Mediterranean cruise and decided that we didn't like to options offered in Genoa by our cruise line. Instead, we found this cooking class with Tiziana, which turned out to be the best excursion of our trip! Tiziana is incredible! We felt so welcome from the first moment we met. She walked us through each recipe and even made an alteration to the tiramisu recipe after I admitted to not loving coffee. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Genoa!
