The tagliatelle class was absolutely amazing! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, patient, and super sweet, making the entire experience fun and enjoyable from start to finish. They explained every step clearly and made everyone feel comfortable, no matter their skill level. We learned so much while having a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting—it’s an unforgettable experience!

We loved this experience with Rosa! She was a wonderful teacher and we shared many laughs as we learned how to make pizza and pasta!

It was a great memory of our trip to Italy! I recommend it to everyone! It was a private lesson, and it was just me and my wife and the host, and it felt very special. The host was very kind and kind and welcomed us. The discussion was very lively and I was able to spend my time relaxing. As for the house, it was the day after Christmas, so we started with Christmas sweets and coffee, and then a little while later we started making Tagliatelle dough, which was very kind and gave us step-by-step instructions. I also cooked pizza while the dough was resting. This was also the best. The resulting tagliatelle was as delicious as the restaurant and inspiring. Wine, cheese and ham are all the best! Thank you for taking my picture too 📷 We're from Japan, but we definitely want to make tagliatelle and pizza when we get back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful experience at Roberta G’s Italian cooking class in her warm and welcoming home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease. Her home is beautiful — and her kitchen is a dream! We learned how to make fresh tagliatelle pasta with a spicy sausage sauce, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and delicious tiramisù. Roberta guided us through every step with the relaxed ease of a great chef (she is one). And after all the learning (and lively conversation), we sat down to enjoy the meal we had created, and honestly, it tasted like restaurant-quality food. This was a highlight of our trip, and I can’t recommend Roberta and her cooking class highly enough. A truly unforgettable experience. 🍝🇮🇹

Our guide, Rosa, was an absolute gem. She instantly made use feel welcome in her home. Her recipe and instruction was excellent, but the experience was far more than just a class.

What an amazing, delicious, fun experience. Roberta is welcoming, kind . Everything was organized prepared for us to have the best experience. I went by myself and there was another lady from Brazil like me. The pasta , tiramisu were amazing. We enjoyed all that with Lambrusco..
