Sapevi che Lisbona è ancora più bella se vista dalla riva sud del fiume Tago? Scopri Lisbona da una prospettiva diversa, dal livello del fiume al Santuario di Cristo Re, alto 133 metri (436 piedi). La traversata del fiume Tago si trova sull'iconica barca di Lisbona, il Cacilheiro. Sulla riva sud, guidiamo le nostre bici elettriche lungo il fiume, al nostro ritmo, circondati dalla tranquillità. Il Santuario di Cristo Re o "Cristo Rei" è alto sopra di noi, ma con le bici elettriche non sentiamo nemmeno la pendenza. La nostra prima tappa è a Casa da Cerca - Centro per l'arte contemporanea, per un caffè e una visita alla casa e al suo bellissimo giardino. Quando sei nel Santuario, la vista diventa ancora più sorprendente, con l'enorme fiume Tago, i ponti, le case colorate, la verde foresta della Monsanto e molto altro. Vorresti perderti nel paesaggio. Il ritorno è in discesa, ma con una sosta nella piacevole strada pedonale Cândido dos Reis. Il traghetto ci aspetta di nuovo a Lisbona.

Successivamente, dirigiti ai recenti sviluppi di Ribeira das Naus, una ex area del cantiere navale in cui furono costruite molte delle navi portoghesi che salparono per scoprire nuovi mondi.
All'arrivo a Cais do Sodré, prendere il traghetto attraverso il fiume Tago.
Una volta sulla riva sud, attraversa il Cais do Ginjal, un ex magazzino che forniva esche e ghiaccio alle barche da pesca del merluzzo del Mare del Nord. Prendi l'ascensore Boca do Vento per avvicinarti alla statua di Cristo Rei (Cristo Re), o pedala su per la collina in bici elettrica. Dalla cima della collina, goditi una magnifica vista di Lisbona e del Ponte del 25 aprile.
Dopo una breve pausa caffè nei giardini botanici di Casa da Cerca, sali sulla cima del Santuario di Cristo Re per la migliore vista della città.
Approfitta dell'ottimo servizio fotografico prima di tornare in bici in discesa verso il fiume fino alle stradine di Almada.
Trascorri del tempo esplorando la zona e visita il Museo medievale, che ospita reperti della vita islamica in Portogallo nel Medioevo.
Il ritorno è in discesa, ma con una sosta nella piacevole strada pedonale Cândido dos Reis.
Quindi attraversare di nuovo il fiume per tornare al punto di incontro e alla fine del tour.

Safe, fun and informative. Great way to experience the Christo Rei. Daniel our guide was passionate about his tour, spoke great English and explained so much history to us.

A great ebike tour. Really good bikes and Ricardo was an excellent guide. Full of useful information and helpful advice regarding both the tour and riding the bikes over a variety of terrain. We really enjoyed the tour and managed to get to the top of the Christi Rei statue after a long queue. Recommend fir those wanting to use a bit of energy and to see some really interesting areas of Lisbon enroute.
We very much enjoyed our visit with George. A caring person, we liked the content of his information on the history, life of Portuguese, etc. It was very pleasant and I recommend this guided tour to those who want to visit otherwise. Thank you!
We were so disappointed with this tour. Our tour guide gave the impression he didn’t want to be there and gave us very little information about the local sights. We would have been better to do it on our own with google!!

The views from the other side of the bay looking over Lisbon. Our guide Bruno was a Lisbon native. He was an encyclopedia of information about the city and it's history. We had lots of great conversations with him and Beatrice. You can tell that both of them love Lisbon and love their "job".

on arrival Lisbon rain started approx 9 am and was expected to continue to past 12 am. Arrived at shop and staff offered to delay to afternoon or cancel with refund. Since we are traveling on cruise ship with a 3:30 pm departure we took the cancel option. Next time in Lisbon we will be rescheduling with this group. Very professional and honest. Be back in few months.

We cycled around for three hours. The electric bike is an ideal way to discover the city and the atmosphere. Our Guide Xavier introduced us to local life, history and neighborhoods in a very pleasant and friendly way. Excellent Guide and organization.
