My wife and I had such a lovely experience at our cooking class. We had taken a cooking class earlier in our trip, so we weren’t looking for another, but we were convinced upon checking in that we should give it a shot. We were so pleasantly surprised! We had a lovely evening building community with our fellow students, making pasta and drinking wine. It was the best way to wrap up our trip!
Chef Vincenzo and Patrizio tailored the class to us. My husband was born in Italy and is a chef in New York, and we learned a great deal. Definitely a night we will remember for a long time. We learned to make pasta from scratch, cod fritters, eggplant sorrentino, and tiramisu. The wine paired with the meal was amazing too. Definitely go if you can. We were the only ones there because we did it last minute but going with a group would be good too!
This experience surpassed our expectations and will forever become a core memory for my wife & I. Both Enzo and Patrick treated us like family, the food was incredible and we are so incredibly grateful we chose to book this class. Highly recommend!

Our cooking class was a highlight of our Sorrento holiday! The building was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Our chef and spokesperson were amazing! We felt pampered from the moment we started our cooking class. We were treated to yummy drinks before we made pasta, eggplant parmigiana and tiramisu. Our chef helped us each step of the process. Then, it was time to enjoy our meal. It was the most delicious meal! The effect of this cooking class lasted long beyond the class. I came home and made some of the dishes and started using olive oil, fresh herbs and fresh ingredients in my own cooking. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

This was our favorite experience in Italy! We had the best time. Lots of love and laughter shared while also learning to cook an amazing meal. I can't recommend this cooking class enough!! If ever back in the area we will definitely be taking the class again!
