Warm welcome by Alberto and Elena. A wonderful authentic experience.
The cooking class was great! Our hosts were so generous with their time and shared many suggestions not just for cooking but also for our time in Italy. We had a great time!
Matteo and Ivan made this experience unique and memorable! From the welcome to the meal, everything was perfect! I recommend the experience 1000%!
To put it in one word, horrible! Firstly the experience never happened. Our original booking was for 11am which is early but that was what was available to us at the time. Day of we arrive at 11am only check the booking on their site and it was scheduled for 6pm that same day. We thought ok no big deal we can make that work and returned at 6pm. When we rang the doorbell, the lady told us she had us booked for tomorrow. We were unable to accommodate that as we had other plans and none of these changes were made clear to us either via email or text. All in all the lack of rescheduling and non compliant staff made it a 0 star for us. We were very much looking forward to this class as it had great reviews
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your feedback, we would like to clarify that the schedule changes you mentioned were not made by our team and do not reflect the information we provided to you. According to our records, the booking details were communicated correctly, and no last-minute rescheduling was issued from our side. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially when you were looking forward to the class, and we sincerely regret the confusion that occurred during your visit. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we will continue working to ensure clearer communication and avoid misunderstandings like this in the future.
Had a wonderful time learning to make pasta with Matteo. We had a lively, interesting, fun conversation about many things. He was an excellent host. After we left we realized we to also make tiramisu with didn’t happen. Otherwise is was a fun experience
We had the best time in the cooking lesson. Matteo and Gabriel were so welcoming. It was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend! Molto bene!
This is the best way to experience local Italian cuisine. Donetta was incredibly talented and helped everyone learned the proper techniques for making pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. She was warm and welcoming in her home - and made dinner feel like a family gathering.
I can't say enough nice things about this experience. We felt so welcome and enjoyed not just the cooking lessons but the socializing and of course the eating! Highly recomment
The cooking class with Doretta was fun, informative, and ended in a delicious dinner with new friends! Although her English was limited, Doretta did an excellent job helping us make Tiramisu, ravioli, and farfalle from scratch. We loved learning her techniques, and after we prepared the fresh pasta, we sat down as she presented us with a fantastic dinner. It was delicious and excellent for vegetarians, with dishes from eggplant Parmesan to fondue, and of course the pasta and tiramisu we had made. Would recommend this experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience with Sara and Alesso. We learnt how to make the perfect gnocchi, pasta and tiramisu in a relaxed and fun environment. Their love of food was infectious and their knowledge of Italian cuisine was fantastic. We will certainly be trying out our new skills back home. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. We truly recommend this experience.
