No one picked us up. No communication. We waited for 40 minutes…. Nothing. Waiting for a refund from trip advisor. Shame
Despite many efforts to contact the operator, we could not confirm the pick-up point. Their number was not on What's App. Although we went to the designated spot, the operator did not show up, contacting us a day later to apologise. We have since received a full refund from Trip Advisor.
No one showed up at the Hotel Restaurant Faoucauld. Waited for over 45 minutes. Tried contacting company earlier in the day via WhatsApp, text, and phone call with no response. Called while waiting and no response either. Best to avoid this company until they resolve communication issue.
The experience was simply exceptional. The welcome was warm and attentive, creating a friendly atmosphere from the entrance. The place itself is truly enchanting, offering a unique and picturesque setting that adds to the magic of the event. The final show was absolutely breathtaking, far exceeding our expectations and leaving us all under the spell. It is therefore important to stress the importance of generously rewarding artists for their outstanding performance.
Riding the camel was fun, good food and good tea. Nice show. Definitely worth the price and the experience.
The driver never showed up to pick us up. Did not respond to our texts. After calling the main viator office, even they were unable to get in touch with the tour guide. Absolutely unreliable. This has never happened with viator tour before for us.
Fantastic staff, the show was also very good, with everything included. They came to pick us up at our Riad and in the end they brought us back. We rode camels for 10 minutes and then were immediately attended to and welcomed with tea, water, tagine and dessert, with a show overlooking the desert to end the night.
Exotic excursion, magnificent landscapes. Meals in a unique setting. Hassan the guide is very attentive to everyone. Its careful driver. Beautiful memories.
Our driver was great. Ahmed Anzil. He kept in touch so we knew exactly what time he was collecting us. A great trip. Camel ride was fun, sunset amazing and good food and local entertainment. Really good value
An amazing night, had so much fun and such an amazing experience watching the sunset in the desert. Food was lovely. Jihane was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend 😍😁❤️🙏
