Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this tour very much. They told us to be there at 12:00 PM, waited 45 minutes for our guide in a large very crowded space. It was very hot. When the guide arrived he asked us to stand outside in the sun, someone said it was too hot and the guide responded that if we didn’t like the heat to go to Canada. He talked to people like if we were all kids. He wasn’t funny or helpful. They dropped us off in the island and picked us up hours later. We were all on time waiting at the pier, the boat was late.

We booked a 5-hour private Catamaran Tour for 8 and were lucky enough to get the Khaya crew! Captain Tony, first-mate Peter, and their second-mate were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Our day was filled with so much fun between snorkeling and spending additional time “floating” in the beautiful blue water with drinks brought right to us! During our tour, we felt very safe and taken care of. The cost of renting out the catamaran for a private excursion was absolutely worth the money - this allowed for a less crowded experience and 1:1 service from the crew. We additionally paid extra for private transportation and that was incredibly smooth as well! The Khaya crew was absolutely the best in every way, shape, and form. Excellent customer service, personality, balance between keeping things safe for everyone but having a great time as well. They went above and beyond to make this an incredible experience for our group!!

We had the best day sailing with Pedro and the crew on the Kahya Catamaran. We did not stop on Isla Mujeres (our preference) but stopped twice to snorkel and swim. The water was absolutely beautiful and the service from our crew was wonderful for our five hour excursion. We couldn’t recommend more!

We did the tour on the PALILU with Captain Lalo and sailors Fau and Pepe, and from the first moment we knew we were in good hands. Lalo masters the boat and the route perfectly, and that security is very noticeable throughout the tour. In addition, Fau and Pepe were always watching everyone, with a close and cheerful attitude that added a lot to the experience. We went with the family and had an amazing time from start to finish: relaxed atmosphere, positive energy, a beautiful sea and that feeling of total disconnection that you only get in plans like this. The day was round, fun and very well organized. Without a doubt, an excursion of ten that we would repeat without thinking. Highly recommended!
