All from 10, facilities, staff. Jordi the pilot who was carrying my balloon, a real professional. I got a little scared because I have vertigo but following his directions it lasted 5 minutes or less. Also another crack. I would do it again without hesitation, spectacular, plus there was perfect visibility. Recommended 100%

We had an amazing time. The crew spoke English, Spanish, Catalan and French. Our pilot was Pepe, he was very experienced and attentive. The views are spectacular. The meal after was so good! ❤️ Top quality operation from start to finish. They even helped us arrange transportation from our hotel in Barcelona. If I could give 10/10 I would.
