Questa magnifica cascata, una delle più alte della regione, sprofonda nel suo bacino con acque cristalline glaciali da un'altezza di 70 metri. Il sentiero panoramico per la cascata di Materuni, situata a 2500 metri sul livello del mare, si snoda attraverso valli e colline avvolte nella foresta pluviale tropicale, accanto a caffè, banane e avocado "shambas" - il termine kiswahili per le fattorie. Dopo aver gustato un pranzo locale, partirai per le sorgenti termali di Chemka. Verremo a prendervi da Materuni dopo pranzo e vi trasporteremo alle Terme di Chemka. Il viaggio verso le Terme è su una strada molto dissestata e tortuosa, facendo durare il viaggio oltre 40 minuti. All'arrivo alle Terme, si ha la possibilità di nuotare, rilassarsi, pranzare e crogiolarsi al sole. Se lo desiderate, possiamo preparare un barbecue per voi mentre nuotate. Per i gruppi che prenotano questo tour con più di 10 partecipanti, è offerto uno sconto ragionevole per gruppo.

Questa cascata molto impressionante è una delle più alte della zona, attraversa valli e colline ricoperte da foresta pluviale tropicale, caffè, banane e avocado "Shambas", la parola swahili per fattorie.
Partirai dalle cascate di Materuni e guiderai verso Maji Moto. Questa strada panoramica ti porta fuori dal sentiero turistico e offre uno sguardo sulla vita locale: vivaci mercati e fattorie locali. Trascorrerai quindi alcune ore immergendoti nelle acque piacevolmente calde, dondolandoti sull'altalena, rilassandoti all'ombra degli alberi screziati dal sole e banchettando con le specialità locali come le patatine mayai

We did a day tour with Johnny to Materuni waterfalls and Chemka hotsprings and everything was perfect. The car, food, stops, and above all our guide. Thank you for the tour, the good mood and everything you showed and taught us ! Particularly enjoyed stopping in the wild to watch the sunset over Mount Meru and the Kilimandjaro. We would definitely recommend Suricata and Johnny !

We had an amazing day! Our tour guide Jonny was the best, we shared a lot of laughs and he gave us many new information. We started the day by hiking to the Materuni Waterfall, then went to see how coffee is made, had a traditional lunch and finished with visiting the hot springs. Would recommend 10/10

The tour was very nice, waterfalls, coffee and food were very good as well as the hot springs, perfect to relax after the hike to the waterfalls. We went with the tour guide called Jonny, he was really nice, explained everything and took perfect care of everything. We totally recommend this tour!

After a Great safari experience we decided on a day tour. We visited the large art gallery first, which was impressive. We then did a Coffee tour which took us from the fields through the entire process. Very neat and informative. The meal was delicious and the coffee very good. Karibu coffee farm was great. Johnny was our guide and he was very good. He went above and beyond. He even took us to the Maasi market to shop for local gifts. Recommend.

Interesting tour of coffee garden, whole life cycle of growth, harvest, process, ending with tasting fresh ground and roasted coffee. Included lunch which was excellent. Stopped at Art Gallery before and and the Maasi market afterwards. Johnny, our host and driver, was wonderful and accommodating.

We had an amazing one-day tour to Materuni Waterfalls and the Chemka Hot Springs, and a big part of that was thanks to Johnny. He was super attentive throughout the entire day, made sure everything went smoothly, and shared so many interesting facts about local culture and life in Tanzania, which made the experience even more special. We also had an excellent guide during the hike to Materuni Waterfalls — very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The coffee experience was wonderful and so much fun, and the Chagga local lunch was absolutely delicious. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this tour!
The trip was great. I really enjoyed having a cold refreshing shower inside of this great waterfall, it feels like cleaning Your soul. The coffee tour part was also very interesting so You learn how the coffee is grown and prepared and the coffee itself was so tasty I drank 5 cups :)
