Prima del viaggio, invieremo il nome del conducente, il numero di telefono, il tipo di veicolo e la targa. Il tuo autista ti incontrerà all'ingresso dell'hotel, all'area arrivi dell'aeroporto, al punto di incontro del porto di crociera o in un'altra posizione confermata. Se l'ingresso non è raggiungibile con il veicolo, confermeremo il punto di incontro sicuro più vicino.

Hadar was an excellent driver safe and sound the whole way for the drive from Cartagena to Santa Marta, on time great experience. Santiago the booking manager was very responsive and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Amazing time with our guide Hugo and driver Arnel. Hugo was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We learned so much about not only Cartagena, but also the villages and cities we passed along the way to Santa Marta. We stopped to see statues of Shakira, Sofia Vegara, got food and bathroom breaks! 100% recommend. We felt very welcomed, safe, and we learned a ton from Hugo who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Excellent service, the best option if you want to go quiet. The route by plane Cartagena-Bogotá-Santa Marta is very slow, hopefully 4-5 hours, if you make it very fair, the cost, twice what I got here. Plus it's more expensive. The very polite driver knew how to keep quiet or not be noisy with the music when I went to the phone, then offered a very interesting conversation and full of valuable route and stay data. I totally recommend.

I’m really glad we chose this option instead of traveling by bus. Our driver, Hader, was extremely kind and professional, shared lots of helpful advice, and made us feel completely safe with his careful driving. He picked us up and dropped us off door to door, and since our accommodation was near Tayrona Park, we paid a pre-agreed additional fee, which was absolutely worth it.
