The check in process was easy and the briefing/explanation was clear. Hidde was welcoming and friendly and put me at ease - as I was a little nervous because we’ve never been canyoning before. The trip was really fun and while parts were intimidating at first, Hidde and Biff/Neil were competent and always made us feel like we could do whatever obstacle was in front of us. My husband and I both really enjoyed the trip.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute MUST-do in Interlaken! My husband and I did the canyoning adventure in Interlaken with four of our friends while staying in Grindelwald, and it was hands-down one of the BEST activities we did in Switzerland! 🇨🇭 September was the perfect time for this adventure, and our guides, Owen and Yanik, were AMAZING! They were hilarious, kept us laughing the entire time, and had the best jokes. They made the whole experience feel exciting, fun, and unforgettable from beginning to end! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they genuinely wanted everyone to have an incredible experience. We laughed, challenged ourselves, and made memories that we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re visiting Interlaken or staying in Grindelwald and looking for something adventurous and ridiculously fun, DO THE CANYONING! And if you get Owen and Yanik as your guides, you’re in for an epic time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience — one of the highlights of our Switzerland trip!

This was a very fun experience. I had booked for the beginners version, but there weren’t enough participants, so I was transferred to the Intermediate version in Grimsel. I am glad that happened and I was happy with my guide Hidee. He was very helpful and entertaining throughout the whole excursion.

We had a blast on our canyoning trip in Interlaken. Their base office is super nice and they have created a well-oiled machine for getting you checked-in and in and out of all of your equipment. Sebastian, Jackie, and Rayno were great guides - fun, but also focused on safety, which these 40+ year-olds appreciated. Not sure the video we bought of the day for one of our nieces was worth it, but that's our personal opinion. We got a good laugh out of it.

Great experience. Many parts to it, though I am more of an adventurer who wants to do more and go faster, but its just the size of the group and varied experience that slows it down. Guides cracked jokes and were kind but were really serious about saftey which is appreciated. Wet suits and shoes were much appreciated and the water was refreshing after the 10 min hike up.
