Dalle nostre taquerie preferite che hanno sfamato generazioni, ecco la vera taqueria di Cancún, servita calda e fresca. Immergetevi poi nei sapori più iconici dei tacos di Cancun, dai classici a cottura lenta ai sapori della costa e alle specialità di street food locali. È qui che tutto ha inizio. La tua guida è pronta. L'avventura inizia ora. Tour mattutino: Caffè de pot o agua fresca, biscotti a forma di animali e un'enchilada calda per stuzzicare l'appetito. La vera Cancun, al primo assaggio. Tour serale: Esquites. Il mais da strada messicano in tazza. Epazote, maionese, formaggio, lime, peperoncino. Un solo morso e capisci.
Tour mattutino: Tacos in cestino. Cotto a vapore fin dall'alba, pieno da sempre. Provate il chicharron prensado. Il prodotto più venduto in tutto il Messico. Ora sai perché. Tour serale: Il salbutamolo. Gonfi, croccanti, guarniti con cochinita pibil. Se hai il coraggio, aggiungi anche l'habanero. Questo è lo Yucatan su una tortilla.
Tour mattutino: Cochinita pibil o lechon. Cotto lentamente per tutta la notte con achiote e arancia amara. Avvolto in una tortilla calda. Aggiungere le cipolle sottaceto. Prenditi un momento. Tour mattutino: La pescadilla. Pesce fresco con guscio duro, in stile Cancun. Croccante fuori, fresco dentro. Il mare su una tortilla. Tour serale: La trottola sta girando. Al pastor, affettato fresco, adagiato caldo sulla tua tortilla. Il taco che rappresenta il Messico. Ne vorrai due.
Tequila 101 Blanco, reposado, mezcal. Tre colate, tre piani. Al termine di questa tappa, non guarderete più la tequila allo stesso modo.
Tour mattutino: Maya chelada. Lime o arancia amara, ghiaccio e quella sete post-passeggiata. Leggero, locale, perfetto. Salute. Tour serale: Un margarita classico per concludere la serata. Lime, sale e buone vibrazioni. Salute.
Tour mattutino: Gelato artigianale o selezione di gusti, a voi la scelta. Mamey, guanabana, tamarindo, ibisco. Vera frutta, vero sapore. Il finale perfetto. Tour serale: Churros appena fritti. Cioccolato, cajeta o latte condensato. Dolce, caldo, pronto.

EXPERIENCE: 10/10 !!! I had the pleasure of doing my Tour with Antonio, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable on the culture and knew a lot of cool spots. I went solo, but he definitely made me feel comfortable and his vibe was truly amazing! Now let’s talk about the food and drinks: I had a few tacos along the way in a market area (SOOO YUMMY) and some tacos in a few restaurants (very authentic), had some eqsuite (delicious but spicy), and had some shots for the tequila tasting! I felt safe and was having fun in doing so, I would recommend to others and solo travelers!! Shoutouts to Antonio, he’s the BESTTTT !!!

Antonio was amazing! We had the best tacos at the coolest little spots. We never would have ordered the stuff he got us which made the experience that much better. I recently booked the "Taco Attack Street Food" tour, and it exceeded all expectations. Since this was my first food excursion, I wasn't sure what to expect and worried we might leave hungry.
