Siamo un parco eco-turistico situato sulla strada Cenote a Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. Il nostro parco offre una vasta gamma di attività divertenti per tutta la famiglia, tra cui giostre in ATV, zip line, ponti sospesi, esplorazione di cenote e cucina tradizionale Maya. Siamo orgogliosi di essere un parco adatto alle famiglie, dove gli ospiti di tutte le età possono godere della bellezza naturale dei nostri dintorni mentre vivono emozionanti attività all'aria aperta. Il ritiro è incluso e opzionale. Pick-up da Playa del Carmen è disponibile solo per il programma del mattino. Se il tuo hotel si trova al di fuori della nostra area di prelievo, un punto di incontro centrale sarà consigliato durante la riconferma. Se il tuo hotel non è elencato, ti preghiamo di lasciarci una nota con il nome del tuo hotel in modo da poter organizzare il luogo e l'orario di prelievo più vicini. Se il tuo hotel o case vacanza si trova al di fuori dell'area di prelievo, ti verrà chiesto di recarti al punto di incontro più vicino. Si prega di controllare l'elenco degli hotel nella pagina di checkout per confermare se il tuo hotel è incluso tra i luoghi di prelievo disponibili. Il ritiro avviene solitamente fino a 100 minuti prima dell'orario di inizio dell'attività, a seconda del traffico e della distanza dal parco. Il tuo orario esatto di ritiro sarà sempre confermato da uno dei membri del nostro team, quindi ti preghiamo di tenere d'occhio i tuoi messaggi o telefono.

Sol was a great guide! She was attentive to all in her assigned group. She was encouraging & encouraged everyone. Great experience!
Terrible logistics; the ATV tour does not have an established circuit. They take you to the entrance and back the same way you came in. The zip lines and the tequila tasting were the only things we enjoyed, and they were done in a timely manner. At the cenote, we were only given about 15 minutes to be there, and they rushed us to take us for lunch. Once we were in the food area, they had to improvise a table because the place was already full, and there was nowhere to sit. We paid for a "full lunch," and what we received were two mini tacos per person with only two options for filling: cochinita or vegetables with rice. The tacos could be finished in two bites. We were not given drinks; we had to buy instant soup and sodas, which we could not finish there because the guide was again rushing us, saying that our transportation was already waiting for us. We had to take everything with us and eat on the way back in the van. At no point were we allowed to use our cell phones, so we do not have a single photo as a keepsake because, of course, they need to profit and sell the photos they take. On the way back in the van, the driver was a bit more accommodating, letting us off closer to our destination, but as we got near the agreed point, he wanted to drop us off on the road and have us cross, risking an accident.

very good experience!! atv couldve been a little longer but they kept the wjole group in mind as opposed to just us.
