Cali è la città degli uccelli, dove vivono più di 500 specie, tra residenti e uccelli migratori. La Colombia è il paese che ospita la più grande diversità di uccelli al mondo e a Cali troverai più del 30% degli uccelli della Colombia. Cali è la città più vicina al Pacifico colombiano, grazie alla magnifica posizione geografica, al nostro clima particolare e alla topografia unica, riceviamo circa 170 specie migratrici durante tutto l'anno. Con le sue piume colorate e le sue bellissime melodie, questa attività di Bird Watching ripristina la connessione dell'essere umano con la natura attraverso sentieri ricchi di vegetazione fitta e fauna esuberante. La Valle Del Cauca è il dipartimento ideale per il Bird Watching, lasciati sedurre dalla sua bellezza e dai suoi suoni direttamente nel suo habitat naturale in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. Attraverseremo il punto più alto della collina durante il quale avrai l'opportunità di vedere gli splendidi panorami offerti dalla catena montuosa occidentale. Grazie al suo clima stabile, potrai anche apprezzare l'evoluzione della vegetazione man mano che sali sulla montagna. Potrai anche vedere tutte le comunità che circondano l'area.
Dopo il piacevole viaggio in macchina, arriveremo a destinazione dove svolgeremo tutte le attività menzionate nella descrizione del tour. Inizieremo con una colazione gourmet fatta in casa che ti fornirà l'energia per iniziare il nostro viaggio. Una volta lì sarete piacevolmente sorpresi di trovare una grande abbondanza e varietà di uccelli.

Perfect place for birding honey birds. Our guide leaded us to two” fin-car” in KM18. Both has amazing amount of birds. Thank you Calina for this wonderful memory. We even had a wonderful lunch together thanks again for your hospitality & kindness.

The whole experience starting from the drive to the finca “bosque de niebla”, the family welcome at the finca with coffee and breakfast and the knowledgable guide for bird watching, was excellent. We saw many beautiful birds including toucanets, tanagers of many different colours, barbets, eagles, humming birds and many more. It was a real treat for the eyes and suited us as immature bird watchers. The experience of having coffee and breakfast on the terrace with these beautiful birds feeding on the bananas, seeds etc put out by the family is going to stay with us. The driver, the family and the guide were truly very nice. However we felt the tour was a bit too costly and not cost effective.

Ride, breakfast and bird watching were absolute class. 10/10! We could see over 40 different birds! We were picked up on time directly from the hotel. I've never seen such biodiversity! Great guide who could also explain a lot of the birds! We even had the opportunity to witness a tarantula up close!

Wonderful trip. Beautiful scenery and relaxed experience. The birds were plentiful and so easy to observe at the feeding stations. The Multicolored Tanager was something else :) The guides were great. Asherita’s passion for her conservation work was inspiring. Highly recommended.
