Nelle nostre boutique potrete scoprire tutto ciò che i nostri cioccolatieri creano a mano, una vetrina di creatività, artigianalità e passione. Siamo l'unico produttore di cioccolato artigianale certificato nella città di Bruxelles, e l'unico che non utilizza cioccolato industriale nei nostri laboratori. Tutto il cioccolato con cui lavorerai è prodotto con cacao di alta qualità, completamente tracciabile e proveniente da una catena di fornitura 100% etica e sostenibile, il che significa niente deforestazione, niente lavoro minorile e reddito equo per gli agricoltori. Infatti, il 33% del prezzo del biglietto che si paga per il workshop va direttamente a sostenere i coltivatori di cacao, garantendo loro una vita dignitosa e dignitosa. Siamo indipendenti e orgogliosi di essere autentici, non facciamo parte di nessun gruppo industriale. Great experience with Patricia and some fantastic experiences tasting all the different products. Patricia kept it fun and interesting and we were able to take home a lot of chocolate. Brilliant experience and would highly recommend!

This was so fun! Not really a highly educated chef experience, but it was fun to connect with other travelers. Our guide was very polite and the location was very clean and nice. Not a difficult class, could probably do this one, even with children.

Fun! Very informative and well organized. The staff answered questions well and we got to make 3 kinds of treats which the send home with you in a perfectly designed box. I learned more in this workshop than in other cooking workshops in Brussels.
