Bologna on the plate, Cooking Class with Alessia

We enjoyed the cooking class, personally, super friendly and family style. Exactly what we wanted. We are a family of 5 and she was a great host! Loved every minute of it.

AMAZING FOOD EXPERIENCE!! Took a bit longer than the 2 hour block, but was well worth our time and money. Was in her actual home. We met lots of new people and got to sit around the table and share the food we just made together! Would highly recommend! (:

​We had an amazing time learning from Alessia. She was a warm and patient teacher, showing us how to make two kinds of pasta and a perfect tiramisu. She also treated us to lovely appetizers and wine, and we ended the workshop with a great sit-down dinner eating what we made. ​The vibe was very comfortable and pleasant. Alessia is a fantastic host who makes sure everyone feels welcome. A truly wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone! Thank you Alessia!!!

This pasta and tiramisu cooking class was the absolute highlight of our bachelorette party! Alessia is such a warm and welcoming host, and she created a wonderful atmosphere that felt like cooking in a friend's home. Everything was professionally organized, yet we felt completely relaxed and at home throughout the experience. The class was fun, engaging, and a great opportunity to learn authentic Italian cooking techniques. And the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique, memorable, and genuinely authentic activity. Thank you, Alessia, for an unforgettable time!

This was such a fun class! The kids absolutely loved the process of making the dough, rolling it and shaping the various pasta. tiramisu Was amazing. A little different technique to the dish and it was better than I thought! My kids don’t like coffee but they loved this so much. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone with or without kids. It was fantastic.

Alessia took so much time for us and showed us how to properly make pasta dough and how to make and fold tortelloni from it. Our creations tasted fantastic! We also made tiramisu, which tasted absolutely heavenly!! The atmosphere was so good and cozy, and the cooking tips for, for example, more liquid consistencies of the mascarpone were super helpful! For those who have time and want to learn something new, I can highly recommend this cooking course!

Alessia was so sweet and easy to learn from. My daughter, her friend, and I really enjoyed this class. We learned a lot and plan to cook for our families when we get home. Loved this experience. Everything tasted amazing!
