Nel nostro Secret Food Tour Bologna : ti offriremo un'esperienza di gusto indimenticabile. Inizieremo con una tradizionale Raviola con Mostarda alla Bolognese. Poi, visiteremo una delle più antiche Salumeria della città per conoscere meglio i prodotti a base di carne locali e le famose paste. Potrai gustare: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna e molti altri salumi regionali nella più antica Osteria del mondo con un bicchiere del nostro vino locale. Successivamente abbiamo programmato un assaggio di pasta fatta a mano solo per noi in una Trattoria locale, sempre con un bicchiere di vino locale (e un caffè, se vi piace) Poi visiteremo il principale mercato alimentare locale, chiamato Quadrilatero, e ci godremo una degustazione di diversi tipi di aceto balsamico di Modena per scoprire come questa straordinaria tradizione sia ancora profondamente radicata in questa regione. Benvenuti all'inizio della nostra odissea culinaria al Palazzo della Mercanzia. La nostra guida avvierà il procedimento con introduzioni, ponendo le basi per un'esplorazione tonificante della dinamica scena culinaria di Bologna. La costruzione del palazzo fa risalire le sue origini al XIV secolo e storicamente fungeva da epicentro per le attività economiche e commerciali della città. Una caratteristica notevole del Palazzo della Mercanzia è l'imponente statua lignea di San Petronio, il santo patrono di Bologna, esposta con orgoglio sulla facciata.
Un quartiere affascinante e storico situato nel cuore di Bologna, in Italia, noto anche come il "Quadrilatero Romano", è celebrato per le sue strade medievali e una miriade di delizie culinarie. Frederica was very friendly and very informative. The places we went to and the things she made us try were very good and authentic. The only thing is that I find it a little pricey especially for kids. We all enjoyed it as a whole. Very well executed. Thanks again Frederica 😁

Great tour, really informative. Great host in Mattia who got the balance just right in regards to imparting information and then just having a chat. Visited lots of genuine working authentic shops and restaurants rather than it being a tourist route. Would recommend.
