We were told about this excursion by the driver that drove our transfer from the airport to the hotel. His name was Alex and he was Amazing! He drove us to the Blue Hole, a trip that was about 7 hours, after the experience, driving and lunch. He was the absolute best. I would 100% use this company again for their professionalism, ability to be on time, and friendly employees.
I just want to say Best Jamaica Day Tours was truly the absolute BEST. Me and my wife were on our honeymoon so I chose this company to pick us up from the airport based on the reviews. This was the best decision I could have made on this trip. Our driver was Leroy. Leroy is absolutely AMAZING! He made us feel so comfortable and safe. He was our driver for multiple excursions (Blue Hole, Horseback Riding, Luminous Lagoon, Rafting) and a couple of food places we wanted to eat from. Also we did some shopping. Leroy felt like family more than our driver. We never was rushed. He told us to take as much time as we needed. He was on time and his vehicle was always clean. Mrs. Shamelia was fantastic with booking and prompt communication. She’s such a pleasure to speak to. To top this vacation we received a handwritten card congratulating us on our marriage from this AMAZING company. You just don’t know how much that meant to us. Thank for Excellent service. Our guide stoppes at «the original blue Hole» where we were given another guide who was not very child-friendly. We was stressing and pushing, we had to were watershoes and the cost of renting them was 10$ a pair… we are 5 in our familiy, so for me that become an extra expence since I allready payd 500$ for the tour. The first waterfall was beatyfull and empy, we got to jump one time each, then he took us to another waterfall who was very crowded. My girls didnt want to jump there
The natural beauty of the ecosystem along with the friendly tour guides was such an enjoyable experience. Our driver Miguel from Best Jamaica transport was absolutely incredible!! So essentially front the time we were picked up, to the time we were dropped off it was an experience that we will never forget. Thank you!!!☺️👍🏽
Our driver Alex was great. The scenery of the Blue Hole is breathtaking. I did not like how our tour guides for the Blue Hole harassed us for tips. Our group tipped them and they told us that $30 was not enough. Actually followed us and harassed us for more money. This was the second year we did this tour and we will not be doing it again.
Best Jamaica was amazing. Easily messaged through WhatsApp and great communication. Picked up in Montego Bay and taken safely to the Blue Hole by Jevoni. Great guide for along the way and knows where the good food is! Blue hole was amazing. Clean, clear water. Plenty of places to jump and swing or just chill. Will recommend to everyone!
Great experience ! Got us from airport to hotel. Next 2 days, took us to our excursions, stopped at off the beaten paths, made it very personal. Alex and David (drivers) were both awesome ! They were very friendly with kids, very flexible, gave lot of history about the island, took us whenever we wanted to go. I would recommend them for private tours and would use them again. I saw other tours with bus full of 40-50 people and am so glad I did a private tour with my family. We had our own van where we left water, personal items, etc in the van without hesitation ! Look this place up and ask for Alex for David ! This company and the people deserve more than 5 stars!
We used Best Jamaica for airport transfer and transfer to Negril and also for private Dunn’s river falls and Blue Hope excursions. They were always on time and were very friendly. We learnt a lot about local food and people through them and also tried some local cuisines. Dunn’s river waterfalls and Blue hole excursions were amongst the best things we did in Jamaica.
It was a lot of fun jumping in the river, we had two guides helping ensure everyone was safe. If you go on a cruise I would book via the ship, we got stuck coming back and had there not been other tours also late would’ve missed the ship. Also from Montego Bay it took us over 3 hours, on a two lane road, not fun. Lastly, be in good physical shape, you climb up rocks and hang onto tree roots for a handrail.
This was the best trip! It was the highlight of our Jamaica vacation. I highly recommend you ask for Owen as your driver. He’s very knowledgeable and gave us many insights into Jamaica and the Jamaican culture. We will definitely use Best Jamaica for all our trips.
