This was definitely one of the best tours I have been on thus far! Millie was so unbelievably knowledgeable and kind! You can tell by her interaction with everyone we came in contact with that she is truly a member of this community and beloved! She took us off the beaten path for knowledge and experience AND also for food! I stuffed myself on all the delicious food! Needed a nap afterwards! Book this trip with the lunch! I promise you won't be sorry!

This tour was one of the highlights of my visit to Panama. The guide is well organized, energetic, informative and just gives a great tour for the price. There is a lot of walking so this isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The tour was about 2.5 hours.
