Biglietto per la pista di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio al coperto American Dream

It was terrible! Nothing wrong with the American Dream. I booked with Viator. Bought my tickets 3 hours prior to going. When we got to the American Dream there was a basketball court where the rink was suppose to be. Spoke to customer services at American Dream was told that they were hosting a high school basketball tournament for the next three days. How do you let people book a service that is not in operation. When I contacted the service line for Viator the response was unwilling to help me get a refund….. instead they told me that because I booked less then 24 hours they could not refund. I explained that they charged me for a service that wasn’t operational.

I had pre paid tickets , when me a my five year old daughter arrived we was informed that the skating rink was closed due to a hockey match. I requested a refund than was told I could not receive one . Worse experience and I will never ever book here again !!!

The event was sold to the fullest the line was all around the skate ring, and the personal is super rude , they threat everyone like crap and there's no way to talk to Noone about any issues or overbooked situation, very disappointed and a frustrated experience, I won't recommended it to no one specially with kids .

Horrible. The times they gave for the ice-skating were all wrong and the ice-skating actually closed at 7 PM and we bought tickets for 6:45 PM on the website. It said the ice-skating was open until 10 o’clock p.m. I took my Twin girls there for their 15th birthday party. So it was a horrible experience we did not receive one hour of ice-skating. I lost my money drove all the way to American dream mall which took an hour or more.

When I arrived to the mall they told I own extra money that was after I paid already online,they said they don't accept third party online ticket purchasing

10/10 my kids really enjoyed. Very accommodating for small children, my teens and the little ones enjoyed the seals. Thank you for the experience.

Tried to play in a hockey tournament multiple times at this venue but each time it kept getting cancelled last minute. No contact with anyone who really knew what was going on unless I initiated it. Even then the information was lacking. No clear Point of Contact. No schedule listed. Just poor communication and planning all around. Thought it would be a fun experience to try but the juice is not worth the squeeze.

They turned the ice skating rink into a Roller skating rink. Brought my wife and I back to our youth. Everywhere you go at this place has some new suprise.

Great time skating with my son. Also nice to just show up and skate any time on Sunday. Most rinks only have a small time slot for public skating. Price includes skates.

Amazing Experience!!!!! My doughter enjoy it very much, like We do. I recomended to every one. You have to go and live the experience
