The weather ruined our visit and we requested help to reschedule for another day. Which they absolutely refused, saying that there were no changes of any kind. Terrible service. And what a shame because I had always booked with you.
If you are in NYC you have to do at lease one observation deck trip. This one is a great experience and they do a really nice job of giving you a little background history before you go up. This is more than just a "look at the buildings" - they do a very good job of making it an experience.
We came here to watch the semi final England v Argentina game as it looked an exciting experience on all of their social media. TV not on until 15 mins before the game even though lots of people wanted it on, no warm up. Staff so rude I asked a member of staff if there would be sound she said maybe yes maybe no, ummm we have spent over 100 dollars to come here for this experience. Staff so rude, zero atmosphere, poorly run and a total let down. We have travelled from England to watch this match and due to false advertising we are watching it at a place with zero atmosphere no build Up what so ever ! This photo is 30 minutes before kick off and it's not displaying the game !
Incredible experience to absolutely do with the incredible view of Manhattan and the Empire State Building from 460m high! However, the reservation times are useless knowing that everyone gets in easily and stays as long as they wish. Results: an oppressive crowd that prevents you from enjoying the moment. An attraction to do but very early or very late to avoid the crowd and the poor organization.
Parts were sectioned off for the World Cup. Wonderful views but it would be helpful to know which were the key landmarks, I didn’t know what I was looking at most of the time.

Great experience, the view was magnificent; it was a magical moment. It was the second time I went there, apart from Skylife that I had done.
A must-do to enjoy a breathtaking view of Manhattan, which stretches over the Hudson River, New Jersey to the west, the East River and Queens to the east. This is one of the must-see visits in NYC. You can then sit down inside to enjoy a snack.

I highly recommend top of the rock specially the VIP, it was pretty expensive but totally worth it specially because I visited this summer and it was PACKED. The VIP pass gives you priority and exclusivity
