Accidentally booked the trip a day later than planned so when asked, Ms. Li, the person in charge of giving us our tickets, helped us out and was able to get us tickets the day of in less than 30 minutes. Great communication and advice from her, making the trip to the Summer Palace more exciting and worth. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend a visit to the summer palace, it has beautiful buildings, is incredibly scenic and there are lots of different areas to explore. I received my ticket easily from Sunflower Li with clear instructions on the order to visit each other the main attractions and maximise my visit. Would recommend going early (before 9am) as it is much quieter, cooler in hot weather and you can take pictures before the crowds start to arrive.
The Palace is absolutely amazing, so rich in history and just a gorgeous place to spend time exploring and learning about its incredible past. It really is a special experience from start to finish. What made it even better was the help we got while booking tickets. Li was honestly fantastic super friendly, helpful, and just really lovely to deal with. Even though we never met in person and everything was done over WhatsApp, she made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Tickets were fairly priced, and by following Li’s instructions I had no problem using them. Following her assistance took me through the most optimal route to see everything the palace grounds had to offer, and I left feeling very satisfied! Definitely recommend
