Had an easy way to navigate to our gate. Definitely would book again! We also had service to the train so we didn’t have to get a cab.

Cathy was our provider connection, the experience was really smooth thanks to her, without her it would had been really hard cause of the language barrier, she was aware of us from days before until I arrived to Shanghai, I had doubts and she answered right the way, honestly if you want to have a relaxing experience dont hesitate and get this activity!

Even through our messages she sounded so lovely !!! Cathy provides the details from your Electronic booking with an English translation. She also gives you instructions for once you're at the train station. I was very lucky to meet Cathy, she's amazing, such a sweetheart, I can't wait to return to Beijing to see her. Even through our messages she sounded so lovely that I asked if she'd be with me and the driver for my pick up from the hotel to the train. She said she wouldn't be. I asked her to arrange a driver to pick me up when I got to the station. The driver was there to greet me. Even though he didn't speak much English Young introduced himself to me. Offered to take my bags. We got lost trying to find my courtyard accomodation. He was in good spirits and a courteous man. He was also my driver for the bullet train booking. If you want to purchase quick and effective, and don’t want to be concerned about getting to the train Station, this is the option. From the purchase until boarding the train our operator “Cathy” was EXCELLENT. All great service!! She took care of us all the time! Thanks Cathy!
Driver came in time but he cannot speak English. He dropped me at the Railway station and left. I have lots of problems to know the platform from where my train will depart for Shanghai. There was lots of language barriers. But staff was helpful and at last I managed to catch up my train. There was no food for vegetarians in the train.
Everything was perfect, the communication, the car that picked us up, the very nice and friendly guide? He helped us at all times, both for WhatsApp queries and accompanied us as much as possible to catch the train.
