The website does not indicate that this is mainly geared towards kids. Would not recommend this to any adults only groups. The unlimited ice cream doesnt indicate that its very limited flavors that are pre-chosen ahead of time. The lines were incredibly long to get from station to station.
Overpriced pink rooms, three total cups of ice cream and overpacking their schedule resulting in long wait times and feeling rushed. Very little history about ice cream and 113 dollars for two people over 60 minutes. A total waste of time and gimmicky atmosphere. If I could ask for my money and time back I would.
It was fun and yummy and i went with all ages and we all had fun so perfect for everyone
This was such a good experience! I loved the slide, sprinkle pool, and fridges! I loved the banana swing and how welcoming the person who was working the slide and who was doing the checkout they were so nice!

It was a great experience to eat as much ice cream as you want for once and if you look at the ice cream prices in New York (scoop $5-10) the admission is still affordable
One of the coolest things ever!!! So creative and big inside! Such nice employees! they seemed genuinely happy to work here! 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!! especially if you have kids
Fun sweet place to have a great time!
Expensive for what it was. Fun decor, but it didn’t seem to know what it wants to be-educational, fun, interactive? Did a little of all, but not enough of any to be worth the ticket price. Maybe to good for very young, but top age is probably 7 or 9.
Staff was excellent- very nice and welcoming! some great photo ops but some places were crowded hard to get a photo of just your kids/group. There are I think 2 ice cream and a popsicle stop- we skipped the second not knowing it was the last and ice cream at the end you had to pay for so if you get to the pool know you are about to be at the end. Great for taking one or two kids and teens- wouldn’t be worth it for uninterested older teens. All in all good experience. Think of it as a photo op
