We bought our “any time” tickets online as we approached the museum entry line on a Saturday morning. We waited in the queue about 30-40 minutes before we entered the museum. Was not long at all.
Refused a reservation and said I had to wait in the 2 hr line. I should have booked from the site itself
They made sure I had both timed and all-day tickets so that we’d be able to enter the museum. Excellent communication and instructions.
Did not work for us, the Ticket promised entrance via fast lane at any time, but the Girl who was responsible controling the tickets that day wouldn‘t let us in… she send us to the waiting line which was huge and in the Heat…. We would have waited at least two hours until the museum was closed (earlier than usual because of the heat). We ended up spending money on nothing, as we could not enter and the organisation team was of no help either afterwards. Very poor exoerience due to truly bad Communication .
Wanted to go to the museum last minute. They sent a ticket within 30 minutes of the time. It worked it was very fluid. highly recommend.

I wasn’t able to download my tickets. It said online that I had put in too many requests when it was my first time requesting my tickets. I tried again and hour later and it still didn’t work.

It is very much worth visiting the museum if you already know the most important ones. And the The flexible-time ticket is very good, but if you wait in line for approx. 1 hour. If possible, it is worth trying the one with a scheduled time.

Do not waste your money. When you book on Viator it says that you can go any time but we were turned away because apparently you need a timed ticket in the high season. After some back and forth with customer service, the representative from Viator said they would give us new tickets that would work if we gave them a 5-star review. Then, the ticket we issued didn’t work again and we were turned away a second time. I would recommend just reserving tickets through the museum. The service is as incredibly bad and misleading.
Museum was great but crowded. We had to stand in line 1.5 hours in the 100 degree heat with the anytime tickets. You should let people know ahead of time how bad the line is especially in the heat. They put us in the same line as people with no tickets.
