ZAILEEN was very nice, patient, and extremely helpful on our family trip to Fun spot. She offered solution(s) both in a timely manner and effectively and efficient. She made it possible for me and my children to have the time of their life's and a good time for myself. We spent 3 hours after the bad start to journey because of my personal issues, she managed my personal frustrations unintentionally directed at her in a professional manner. I am genuinely amazed at her level of professionalism, I personally could not do what she does. Finally, I witnessed her handle a similar situation, with the same level of professionalism and calm demeanor, of which i for one could not have done. She deserves a raise!

Fun Spot, specifically the one on Idrive has always been our go to for our family. From when I was a kid to now me bringing my own kids! It's affordable to begin with and isn't as crowded as other amusement parks which is a plus for me. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. Yesterday was my youngest daughters birthday and she chose Fun Spot to celebrate. We had a blast all day, but to start our day, Marie was absolutely awesome! She helped us with our tickets and add on purchases. Gave us some options we didn't know we had and truly went above and beyond! Fun Spot is definitely on our list of things to do on a random day and for occasions, and if you happen to get Marie at the ticket counter, you're lucky!

I'd like to recognize Justin for the exemplary customer service he provided to myself and my 2 daughters. I brought them 2 weeks ago to ride the Go Karts and Justin greeted us each time we approached the tracks with a great big smile. He was friendly, professional and took the time to make sure my children and I had a great experience. He was patient, attentive and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Employees like Justin make a lasting impression and are a big part of what makes guests want to come back. Thank you for having such a dedicated team member.

Went with 7 yr old, 18 yr old, 33 yr old boys and they all had fun. No fee to enter. If you don't ride you don't pay but if your gonna ride buy tje wrist band for unlimited ride access. We went in June and there was NO wait lines. Lobe that you can bring in your own water bottle and refill with WATER at no charge. Coasters were decent size. Go Karts were awesome. Would do it again if we are in the area again. Make sure you order online or get a coupon for $10 off.

We had an amazing time attending Fun Spot for a Homeschool field trip! All attendees were funny, helpful, and considerate. But one person stood out - NICOLE SAUZA was phenomenal in the bumper kars. She sang, made jokes, congratulated us on finishing out the school year, doing crazy spins in our kars. We had to ride over and over and over and over again mainly because of her wit, sincerity, and sense of humor. She even did a shout out for our graduating senior! Nicole that's for making the day extra special and doing what you do best - being awesome!

I went and won 250 dollars best arcade ever made. I did spend 10 more dollars on trying to win again and failed. Very fun. Everything was closed tho other then arcade. I was there for 2 hours playing games.

Had several hours after a cruise (and before our flight)... was a great venue and friendly staff!!! Special thanks to Sharon for helping store our cruise bags while we were at the park! We were there at 10AM (Open) and the rides were fairly open with no lines... Our kids rode the roller coster multiple times, sometimes they were the only ones in the ride... Much better experience than the big name parks. The highlight for the t(w)eens in the group was the multiple track go karts... it was a lot of funanf a perfect way to end our cruise vacation.

Chester was incredibly helpful. My kids can be a handful, and going through security with them is no different. He was so patient and understanding while they were having a meltdown. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

We have gone to this park a few times mostly to ride white lightning. This is a GCI roller coaster that is really quite outstanding-and the rest of the park is fun to hang out in as well. We usually go during the week when it is quite quiet but I want to say that the employees are always professional and that we trust ride operations. Sometimes it's smaller parks you might not get that but at fun spot they definitely pay attention to safety and quality. Totally worth it even if you just ride white lightning.
