Saul Ramos with Mexican Transportation Services(MTS) was extremely helpful to privide excursion information pressure-free. Wife and i felt really conformable and well informed with the options. We were so at ease with Saul that we booked three different activities. Saul provided all three activities with an unexpected discount and great price. The three activities were Xoximilco, Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Transportation was uncluded with round trip from our hotel. Amazing experience with all activities during our one week stay in Cancun. Saul was also very helpful in confirming our transportaion back to the airport for the end of our stay. From beginning to end, Saul and MTS proved to be and all-in-one resource for our inititail airport pick'-up, avtivity planner and return ride to the airport. I was disappointed with the lack of things to do especially since they were described as part of my ticket. There were no sharks, no jaguars, and only about 10 butterflies when we were told there’d be thousands. Many exhibits were closed and the most exciting activities required EXTRA payment which is crazy in itself but that was also not specified to us when we purchased. The river cenote was fun and the show at night was hands down the best part.

Paul and Daniela provided us with excellent service and great recommendations for the tours. It's clear they have experience. We took the Xcaret Plus Tour, the Underground Rivers, and other impressive attractions. The included buffet was very good. And the Mexico Espectacular Show lived up to its name. The Camel Tour at Maroma Beach was a very nice experience. We were able to interact with the camels, and the included buffet was very good. We were truly satisfied with the experience.
