Dont buy tickets on Viator—almost DOUBLE the price from the monument website. $44 on Viator vs 21 Euros
Took 20 minutes to retrieve ticket to gain entry. We weren’t the only Viator customers having the same problem.

Had to call night prior to find meeting place....at the Arch. Arrived 15 min prior to tour....never found the tour guide. No one there with a "flag" indicating Viator. Fortunately, we did our own thing as I had ticket on phone, and we went to the top (super cold, windy). The Arch is an outstanding view of City of Paris.

There's no way home. Unreadable barcode So scam ...... Disappointment!!! Never again with this site!!

This has been a disappointing experience. We were told the tickets paid for at $62 US would be sent to WhatsApp but they didn’t arrive. The booking details and proof of payment from TripAdvisor were not accepted by staff at Arc de Triumphe because we did not have a barcoded ticket. They were very sympathetic (and also told us that the same had occurred to two other couples. ) The process was either overly complex or there was a failure from the provider, or potentially a scam. We attempted to apply for a full refund but this failed because there was no option in the drop down menu for “ tickets not sent to phone as indicated.” We will not use this process again.
There was no rooftop entry allowed on September 30. I was sold a ticket I could not use. I sent an email asking for my refund. In the future, I will use Get Your Guide.
