We just wrapped up an incredible 3-day visit to Xcaret Park, and while we had some major booking issues with our third-party agent at the entrance, the level of customer service at Xcaret completely blew us away. From the very first moment, the entrance staff proved that guest satisfaction is their absolute top priority. On our first day, when our pre-booked tickets couldn't be located in the system, Jazmin and the entire entrance team spent an hour and a half standing by us, guiding us, and supporting us every step of the way so we didn't waste a moment of our trip. Their empathy, patience, and quick thinking turned a high-stress situation around immediately, and we ended up having a wonderful day capped off by the incredible evening show! On our second day, as the booking issue was still being sorted out with our third-party agent, another staff member named Isaias stepped in with the exact same warm, supportive attitude to ensure we were taken care of without delay. Thanks to their continuous help and dedication, we got to experience the underground rivers—which turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our entire vacation! Floating down those crystal-clear natural cenote waters surrounded by stunning limestone formations and lush jungle canopy was a surreal, unforgettable experience. Special thanks again to Jazmin, Isaias, and the entire guest relations team. They went above and beyond every single day to support us, save our vacation, and demonstrate what true world-class service looks like. We cannot wait to come back! 🇲🇽✨

The park is absolutely unreal, and definitely one of the must-visit attractions in the entire Riviera Maya. The grounds are beautiful, and the array of animals and other attractions is fab. Don’t hesitate to pay for the all-inclusive option as it’s definitely worth it. We paid for the double deal with Xcaret and Xel Ha. Loved both of them. The aviary, in particular, it just brilliant.

Very good day in this park. Better to do it at the beginning of your stay because it remains artificial in comparison to other excursions you could do. Buffet at the very top. The evening show is too much if you spend a full day in the park. Easy access, large free parking lot. Animals in semi-freedom.

We went to the Mexico dinner show and left delighted. The seats were unbeatable and the show was simply spectacular. The traditional dances, the music, the color, and the entire production are sensational. The dinner is fine, the effort is appreciated, but honestly, it is not what makes the night special. Here the real star is the show, and boy is it worth it. If you are in Xcaret, don't miss it. You are going to love it.
