This tour is a scam!! We paid over $500 and there was no contact from the tour operator. They never showed up to the pick up point. Book any other Sahara tour!
What an amazing adventure!! Having a private guide/friend is the way to go on this adventure. Omar is the most amazing person, his caring and compassion to our enjoyment was paramount to the success of this outing. Attentively explaining the details and history of the Berber's and Nomads of the Desert with such pride and passion, one could not help fall in love with the desert! The desert camp and the Staff were above excellent! The landscape breath taking! The journey through the Atlas Mountains, humbling. The food and accommodations 5 stars. If it sounds to good to be true, its not. My only disappointment, it was only 3 days and not 5! We are already planning our return but this time it will be for longer!!! Cheers to all who made this adventure possible and a VERY VERY VERY shout out to our "son" Omar!!

Omar led us smoothly and safely through the Atlas Mountains, reaching remote and culturally unique places, rising to the amazing desert of Merzouga, his homeland. The way he shared his passion and knowledge from Berbère heritage, while caring for all of us, made this 3-day family road trip a life experience! Highly recommended!

It was an amazing family trip, by nature, the places we visited, the food, the accommodations and especially by our guide Mustapha and his team who made our desert experience something magical. Our guides were excellent. They took great care of us throughout and most times went out of their way to always meet our unscheduled plans and timings. We always felt safe with them even when danger was around us.

Did the dessert trip and absolutely love it! Ismail accompanied us during the day/night in the desert and really made sure I was doing ok. I travelled solo and so their support really made things easier
