Really clear instructions about where to meet to collect the tickets etc. Operator was really helpful & friendly. I thought we were being taken from Date fed Palace, straight to the Basilica as part of a group, with the whole experience lasting 90 mins. Actually when we met to collect our tickets, we were told to wait an hour & join another group, which we were fine with. Once inside the Basilica, the tour guide said we could leave the group as we were the only English speakers. This left us to wander on our own and take as long as we wanted. We were given pre-booked tickets to Doges palace which we could use at any time that day, again walking around at our own pace. We had downloadable audio guides for all places ( priced by QR code when we collected our tickets) so didn’t really need a guide. Really enjoyed our visits and would recommend this trip, as it is expensive, we felt we got more from it by being able to walk around unaccompanied.
Easy to find meeting place and get info on next steps. The only glitch was the company changed our entrance time for the Basilica that caused some worry for our Campanile entrance. But it all worked out. We were given a bonus tour guide (Antonio) to the Basilica and he was great.
Very good tour with a lot of information provided by the assigned guide. And the places visited are beautiful. Everything was very good.
Very much worth it. A place to be seen
We missed part of our tour due water taxi misinformation. The guide we were to meet was neither friendly nor helpful. Our other Viator experiences have been great but this one did not follow. Our meeting time had no room for flexibility so we lost - and were not refunded - the Basilica Tour. The guide should have had check in time different than meeting time. We did get to see the palace but without the tour guide. Had he been kinder or more helpful, I would recommend.

Almost impossible to find the meeting point, as no indication before our departure. Indeed, our phone does not allow us to access emails. Similarly we had taken the audio guide option, but similarly we should remember to warn that it is an audio guide downloadable on phone, so we could not access it. In short, very expensive for the few services. Very disappointed.
Do not take this booking service!! It doesn't work and it's not the right booking! We are very disappointed

Seules 8 options de visite sont proposées, car il est possible de visiter tout ou partie des attractions.
