Recommend the reservation, the airport exit is a nightmare to navigate. We found the location as we exited, but it’s confusing.

Very disappointed as they never came to bring us back to the airport. They even texted to confirm that morning and then never showed up.
Vacation shuttles was great to deal with! Our flights and dates changed then our hotel changed had to be transferred from hotel to hotel and they took care of us! Our drivers name was Baniferand was very polite, helpful, and professional. Most importantly on time every time for pickup! We were able to keep in touch with all of our needs through the WhatsApp messenger +1 (809) 886-0499 I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know traveling to the Dominican Republic. The van was comfortable. The driver was very helpful. Trip was about 20 min and everything worked out well for us.
