So Viator was absolutely atrocious with customer service and completely insensitive. I had a family situation last minute which I understood the cancellation policy and I had reached out to Viator at first they said they would help and did adjust my date to two weeks later as per my request but an hour later the said I was SOL and that they couldn’t do anything about it where I would have lost my money. Fortunately for me this company, Dennis specifically was kind and flexible and was able to work with me. I’m very grateful and very appreciative. Amazing customer services the two captains Wilberto and his partner were extremely attentive, hospitable, and professional. They truly took care of us went above and beyond for us. I also injured myself and sprained my foot and they took very good care of me waited for us to get an uber once they dropped us off at a pier closer to a hotel, throughout they were very attentive and gave us a great tour. I felt like they truly advocated for us overall.
Truly an incredible experience with the best captains. Incredibly hospitable and made sure we had a great time.

Nice boat, great and attentive staff. The Captain made sure we were safe at all times. Great music on the boat. They gave us enough time on the island to enjoy the food and drinks. I would book with this company again and definitely recommend!!

Although we booked an English speaking guide, ours spoke only Spanish. It's okay, we could communicate, but still not what we paid. The tour is customizable, which is difficult if you don't know your stuff. The snorkel spot was OK, but there are better ones on the islands.
Hello Thomas. Thank you for your review, for future trips remember that bilingual guides are additional to the cost of the tour, therefore you received exactly what you paid for. Remember the day you went to the islands the weather wasn't the best. And we have no control over the weather. We have very beautiful islands however the weather can be tricky sometimes. The day is 100% customizable ad your convenience since it is a private boat, we can give you an idea or advice about the area, however you have the control on where do you want to visit. We hope to have you back in town in the future and work with you again, we want to deserve a 5 stars 🌟 from you.
Rafael and his crew were amazing! Boat was nicely appointed, drinks supplied. They were super attentive, kind, and helpful. Rafael told us about the area and showed us where to go. They took us to a great spot for lunch and hopped around different islands. Communication was great through what's app. Day we had scheduled turned out to be bad weather. They were nice to accommodate us changing our originally scheduled day for better weather on a different. Highly recommend!! FYI - Be sure to bring cash. Credit cards don't always work at the Rosario Islands.

Boat was very nice, as advertised, and Dennis very helpful. One advise for those who (like us) don't have much experience with the area or boat rental: make a precise plan what you like to do before the trip itself, and pack your own lunch. Lunch offered on the islands is a tourist trap.
