Un viaggio esilarante ti aspetta con l'ATV & Buggy Adventure Tour a Punta Cana. Parti da un ranch tradizionale di Macao e naviga attraverso sentieri fangosi e paesaggi tropicali lussureggianti. Scopri la cultura locale con degustazioni di caffè dominicano, cacao e mamajuana prima di tuffarti in un cenote cristallino. Rilassati a Macao Beach, uno dei litorali più belli della regione, dove puoi prendere il sole o scattare foto memorabili. Importante: i partecipanti devono avere almeno 4 anni per partecipare a questa esperienza. Pick-up è incluso da tutti i resort di Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto e Macao. Se alloggi in un Airbnb o in una zona residenziale, puoi recarti al cancello di sicurezza dell'hotel più vicino o in uno dei nostri punti di incontro. Riceverai il tuo orario esatto di prelievo la sera prima della tua escursione. Se il tuo hotel non è nella lista, contattaci e ti assegneremo un punto di incontro nelle vicinanze. Si può anche arrivare direttamente al ranch, se si preferisce venire da soli. Si accettano prenotazioni nello stesso giorno e il trasporto è garantito. Le prenotazioni da Cap Cana e Punta Cana Village sono disponibili solo per gli orari di visita delle 12 : 00 e 15 : 00 a causa della distanza e della logistica. Il ritiro avviene generalmente 1 ora prima dell'orario del tour e fino a 1 ora e 30 minuti durante l'alta stagione o per hotel lontani. Si prega di essere al punto di prelievo assegnato 10 minuti prima dell'orario previsto. L'autista chiamerà il tuo nome tre volte. Se non sei presente, sarà considerato un no-show, e i no-show non sono rimborsabili e non possono essere riprogrammati. Siete pregati di notare che, a seconda della stagione, alcuni hotel consentono il prelievo solo al cancello dell'hotel (non nella hall). Cap Cana, tuttavia, viene sempre ritirato nella hall e non richiede un pass di accesso per entrare.

Transport was 45min late to pick us up, they didn't have the "upgraded" kayo we had paid more for, first machine was literally falling apart seats were tied to machine to keep from falling out, once you arrive they immediately try and sell you merchandise, saw atleast 12 buggies atleast broken down, abandoned or being towed. Absolutely Zero organization! Will not recommend
Staff was friendly however, equipment was old and did not have any padding for friend four runners. Guide was good except had did provide warning when was going to stop. I was behind the tour guide.
Literally all this turned out to be was driving poorly maintained buggies down dirt roads and asphalt roads. Nothing like what was advertised. Cenote? Don’t get your hopes up. Literally75-100 other tourists trying to cram their way down the narrow stairs to jump in nearly on top of one another. I’ll never book through this company again.
This is a great experience. You travel on the buggy’s to three different locations. A coffee plantation, a beach and then you go swimming in a cave. In my opinion you should pay the extra money for the kayo buggy’s as the cheaper ones have no power steering and can cut out easily. It’s simply you pay for what you get. I would also recommend bringing food and drinks as the food on beach is a rip off. But overall a very great experience and all tour guides were very lovely and a great trip to go on with friends

It's not a buggy ride we thought that we were going to be riding in different areas we were going to different locations which other businesses are connect with this organization to create money so basically we were traveling from the cave to the beach to other shops to create Revenue

Our tour is designed as a sightseeing adventure with scheduled stops at Punta Cana’s most popular attractions, including the water cave, Macao Beach, and a traditional Dominican house where guests can learn about local products and culture. These stops are clearly included as part of the itinerary, and any purchases are completely optional. They are scammers they say its 2.30 but say they come earlier and do not offer any refund. We lost all our money!!!
We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, the tour itself starts at 2:30 PM, while hotel pickup is always scheduled 1 to 2 hours earlier, depending on the hotel’s location and the transportation route. This information is provided in the booking details and the exact pickup time is also sent in advance by WhatsApp and/or email. Unfortunately, when a traveler misses the scheduled transportation, it is considered a no-show under the booking terms, and refunds are not applicable. We understand your frustration and remain available to review any communication if you believe there was an error.
Definitely have face covering and glasses/goggles, very dusty. Group size was very large so had to wait long time for whole group before could leave the beach. The worst complaint was that when we arrived at the buggy place, we just sat there for a full hour not doing anything but sit on a bench. Didn’t know how long we would be gone, got back to resort like 6 hours later. All other resorts got picked up/dropped off at resort lobbies but we had to find our way to the resort employee gate for some reason.
These people are super organized; there is no worry about anything. Carlos, the guide, and the other guy are super.
The ride is not as adventurous as the pic. It’s a slow go on a dusty rode. The stops were nice especially the cave. The market we went to for the coco process was extremely over priced. To the point it was a big turn off.
