Compared to other places like this, I would not recommend it. Seems like a tourist trap and the safety is questionable to say the least. Would recommend looking for another place than this. You’re not allowed to bring your phone, so there’s not a lot of pictures to share.

The first 1,5 hours was spent on transportation even though we met at the official meeting point. The next 30-60 minutes was spent on additional waiting in line for checking in/paying (we had payed in advance) and waiting in line for the zip lines. It took forever. We weren’t allowed to bring phones so not aware of the actual waiting time but it was a lot. The zip lines were fine, they had an automatic stop and the employees caught you every time, so a fine choice if it’s your first time. Quite boring if you’ve tried it before? Which we had. The ATV’s were downright dangerous. One of ours could NOT brake. At all. Even with full power on the hand brake while going uphill. Had to drive into a fence to stop. Also, it actually burned my ankle. Another one could barely accelerate. Even though we have muscle mass to some degree, it’s still hurts the day after in the hand because we had to use that much force to accelerate. There were barely any safety precautions. This was by far the worst part and could have gone terribly wrong. The cenote was fine. It was pretty and there were a bridge and a slide to jump from and it was obligatory to put on a life vest. The food was amazing and the only reason they get the 2nd star. Since you’re not allowed to bring phones, they take pictures+videos for you. It costs 80 USD for 3 people which is quite scammy. It seemed a lot like a tourist trap with only loud American tourists beside us. In general it was disappointing, not worth it and actually quite dangerous and really chaotic with a lack of information. We would NOT recommend using this company.

I was hesitant to book this trip due to the lack of reviews but I'm so glad I did. It was great! When you arrive, you're taken directly to the ATVs and to go around a course at a decent speed. I thought I'd be bored waiting in a slow line of people but I had fun trying to keep up. They were pretty speedy. The only negative is that you have to wear a helmet that had a musty odor. A clean disposable cap is provided to separate your head from the helmet. From the ATVs, we were taken on 6 or 7 zip lines followed by the cenote and a meal. The cenote was, overall, nice, but slightly disappointing. I was hoping for one in a cave and this one was outdoors. The food was delicious - chicken fajita, rice and beans, corn chips and tortillas with salsa. The staff was spectacular. I loved the timing of the events. It was long enough where you got your fill and short enough not to get bored. Highly recommend. Don't expect to be able to take photos and bring $5 for the locker rental.
The guides were very friendly and explained the safety precautions very thoroughly. The lunch was well cooked and tasted amazing. A must do for all ages, especially if seeking a shady and fun half day
