Avventura in ATV Cenote e Zipline da Tulum

Felt nickeled and dimed. Constantly asked for tips. Very rigid refund policy and not accommodating. Guides were very nice.

Our experience will always be remembered… it was educational fun. The zip line was both an adrenaline rush and an invigorating experience. The height added to the majestic views seen. The ATV was a vibrational ride through twists and turns of dust. Good experience too. The Cenote was truly awe inspiring within the darkness of nature and its resourcefulness of the tree of life. Loved the cold dip after an exciting day. Last but not least, the Mayan ceremony was quite humbling and educational.

They were very organized even in our large group, they made everyone feel included. We learned about the Mayans and their culture. The cenote tour was better than expected! Our guide was CJ and he did amazing!! So vibrant and nice we also met some great people and ended up partying with the entire weekend. To be frank the ATV ride was a little underwhelming because it wasn’t really a great scene but still a good time.

I got picked up from a designated location. The bus carried all of us to the location of where the activities would take place. Everyone on the bus had to stick together. We were given rules to follow so everyone could keep safe. We first starter with the atv ride, then we were taken to eat. The food was awesome. After we were taken to a small mayan ceremony then after that we went zip-lining. The walk up to the top was trip but was so worth it. After we zip-line three routes we were taken to wash off before getting a tour of the cenote. The cenote tour was awesome. I learned a lot of the history and culture. Our tour guide was very fun and funny. Overall, the experience and tour was awesome and I highly recommend.

Amazing staff and a awesome adventure. I chose the ATV Cenote and zip line adventure and had Pedro as a tour guide. Pedro was awesome! would highly recommend having him as your tour guide funny, very informative and speaks great English. I will be doing more adventures with them in the future.

Amazing guided experience through the jungle! Easy booking and pickup/drop off, Pedro our guide was the best! He told us all about the history of the locations and provided a beautiful cenote tour while explaining all about them in excellent English! Exhilarating experience on the zip lines and atv’s. They take pictures you can buy at the end which was awesome. Thank you again Pedro 5 stars!!

Experience that I recommend, very valid for young people and youth spirits (like mine 😉). The staff is extremely friendly. Our guide was Victor. Extremely jovial and capable. The bath in the spectacular cenote.

Everything was beautiful, the gentlemen were very kind and helpful in making it a fun experience. Only thing I would say is they need to make different levels for att. For example beginners or expert on the att. My boyfriend and I have our own back home. It was upsetting having to keep stopping for others who were driving super slow or didn’t know what they were doing.

I have nothing to share bc the driver canceled my reservation bc he confused it with another date. I had to reschedule my original reservation due to not being able to go to Tulum in August, but I was able to come in September. He thought I already participated in the activity back in August and assumed the September reservation was a mistake and canceled it therefore I was never able to go on the excursion. I am waiting to receive my refund.

I would have gave it a 5 star but the communication was very off when we was asked to meet in the market no one never responded to us had us waiting over a hour and a half for a response. Then when it was time for us to leave when they told us to be there by 12:30 sharp, someone wrote back saying that the driver was in route to come pick us up. We were hot! And the van barely had any AC. Once we got to the destination for the activities things were a little better but they were rushing us on every activity, and the guide kept mentioning a tip which was already given and he knew we were in the same group.
