Itinerario
Dopo il prelievo in hotel, il tuo tour inizia visitando il memoriale Te Toka O Apihai Te Kawau sul famoso lungomare di Auckland, che celebra la nascita della nostra amata città.
Dopo aver ambientato la scena degli inizi di Auckland, prenderemo la strada panoramica lungo Tamaki Drive imparando a conoscere i primi esploratori della città prima di arrivare alla nostra prima tappa ufficiale, il Michael Joseph Savage Memorial Park a Bastion Point, dal nome di uno dei primi ministri più apoteosi della Nuova Zelanda .
Partendo da questo amato dei memoriali, proseguiamo lungo la costa e oltre Mission Bay, uno dei locali preferiti per ristoranti, passeggiate o magari un gelato e nuotate in estate. Durante il viaggio le tue guide indicheranno alcuni dei siti e dei vulcani più iconici di Auckland.
Il nostro viaggio lungo la costa continua fino alla nostra prossima tappa ufficiale, Achilles Point. Offre splendide viste in elevazione sul porto di Waitemata e sul vulcano più famoso di Auckland, Rangitoto, il guardiano del porto. Rangitoto non è solo il più grande dei 48 coni vulcanici nella regione di Auckland, ma anche il più recente ad essere esploso.
Dopo aver ammirato uno dei migliori panorami di Auckland, ci dirigiamo verso Auckland Domain. Durante il nostro viaggio attraversiamo il sobborgo boutique di Parnell, uno dei sobborghi più antichi della città restaurato in stile coloniale. Auckland Domain, il parco più antico e più grande della città, ospita l'Auckland War Memorial Museum, spettacolari giardini tropicali e idilliaci stagni.
La prossima tappa dei nostri avventurieri è il punto naturale più alto della città. Attraversiamo il trambusto di Newmarket e dei suoi negozi di moda alla moda mentre ci dirigiamo verso l'imperdibile Mt Eden. Essendo il più grande dei coni vulcanici on shore e il punto naturale più alto della città, vanta alcuni panorami impressionanti che potremo sfruttare appieno con una passeggiata fino alla vetta.
Dopo aver conquistato il Monte Eden, torneremo nel cuore della città, lungo Karangahape Road e la famosa Queen Street prima di terminare il tour sotto l'iconica Sky Tower. local knowledge and New Zealand cultures, plus customer service. The comucation team and the tourist guaid Grant made extra efforts to pick me up from my hotel and drop off at the hotel on the way back.
A great tour. Well paced, diverse and informative. Our tour guide, Jeff, was a gentleman, welcoming and knowledgeable. He checked in regularly with us throughout the tour to make sure we were comfortable and to ask if we had any further questions about what we were seeing. His recommendations for exploring further on our own was much appreciated. Certainly a tour guide Yoda worth 10+ stars!

I’m a tourist from South Korea, and I joined the Cheeky Kiwi Tour during my son’s school holiday to create some special memories. It turned out to be a truly moving experience in many ways. 1. Quick Response I had originally booked the all-day tour, but it was cancelled because some places were closed and not enough people signed up. Matilda from Cheeky Kiwi quickly found us an alternative schedule and took care of everything we needed. I was so grateful! 2. Friendly Service Our guide Matt greeted us with a smile from start to finish. Despite the bad weather, he did his best to guide us. I already knew New Zealanders are especially friendly, but Matt was simply the best! 3. Thoughtful Care for Customers Since there were only a few people on this tour, Matt customized the route to match what we wanted—it was amazing! We were probably just lucky! Also, knowing that we weren’t native English speakers, he spoke slowly and explained things at a level we could understand. We really appreciated that. It was our first time using Cheeky Kiwi, and if anyone is hesitating, I would recommend them without a second thought!!

We had Jeoff as our tour guide for this small group tour. He was excellent. He shared this tour (Auckland city highlights) was his first but had been to other tours.. he was impressive with his history about the Maori’s and civilization of New Zealand. Very patient and even dtopped us to the place we wanted to be dropped off. Highly recommended.
