Vai tranquillo! Programma di ritiro - Progettato per la tua comodità: Tour mattutino: desideroso di cogliere le prime vibrazioni? Se soggiorni nella zona di Cancun o Playa del Carmen, verremo a prenderti tra le 8:00 e le 8:30. Per i nostri amici nell'area di Tulum, la tua avventura inizia un po' prima, con ritiri tra le 7:00 e le 8:00. Puntiamo ad arrivare al parco entro le 9:30, pronti per il divertimento! Tour di mezzogiorno: preferisci dormire un po' di più prima dell'avventura? Ti abbiamo coperto. Per quelli a Cancun e Playa del Carmen, passeremo tra le 12:00 e le 12:30. Nella zona di Tulum? Ci aspettiamo tra le 11:00 e le 12:00. Saremo al parco entro le 13:30, giusto in tempo per un po' di eccitazione pomeridiana. Nota speciale: gli orari di ritiro possono variare a seconda della posizione dell'hotel. Ma non preoccuparti! Il nostro rappresentante ti contatterà via e-mail o messaggio di testo per stabilire l'orario esatto di ritiro. Ospiti di Tulum, non ci siamo dimenticati di voi! Good place, but little time, space of the van very tight and did not have well functioning Air Conditioning
Atv ride wasn’t the best obstacle. Cenote could’ve been longer. Zip lining was a little obstacle course.
Amazing experience! All well organised and our guide Jorch was excellent! The lunch that’s included was so delicious!

Great experiences. Just not a fan of the rushing guests. Showing up on time and following the guides instructions shouldn’t put us in a position to be hurried. Makes for a very hectic experience. Phones should be permitted as long as guests understand they are responsible if lost or damaged. The upgrade experience was outstanding but the ride there was rough.

Had a great time! The check in process did take a little longer than expected but once we were checked in everything went smoothly. Also the food is great. Highly recommend

Great experience!! I loved every single thing about it. They even do a tequila tasting and I mean REAL tequila made with blue agave that was so smooth and good. Oh yes cant forget to mention our tour guide Angel who was truly an angel lol. He saved my life when I jumped into the cenote cave and panicked for no reason because I had my life vest on lmaooo. Overall it was an amazing experience. The cave is beautiful

The atv ride, zip line, and swim were great. However the advertising that lunch and water is included is very misleading and disappointing. Two very small dry tacos with only meat on it and no beverage is not lunch. Especially when it was at 5pm. Then when I asked for a drink so I could swallow the taco they never said it was not included. After I finished they came around asking for money for the drink. And prior to that I had to pay for bottles water. That part was disappointing.

It was a great experience, and the staff was so nice and even entertaining at times. Even with the sporadic rain, not one part of the excursion was affected. I'd recommend to anyone!

After hearing about this traveling company from several guests at my resort and all the positive things they had to say I decided to reach out to them. Upon initial conversation they made sure to ask me enough to figure out which excursions would fit my needs best. And even go as far as letting me know what to bring along to each tour. They took their time to provide me enough feedback, and also orchestrate the three - consecutive days I’ve set aside for the trips. The organization and level of expertise was consistent during the whole experience. I really liked the fact that with so much information given i was left with zero questions. Where the tour is located, pick - up time, duration. If food or snacks were provided and if change of clothes was necessary as well as what amenities were provided. Would be my go - to from now on anytime i visit Cancun. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mexico. Everyone who looks to get their moneys worth plus more. Certainly will not be disappointed with the level of quality and assistance
