Un'altra opzione sarebbe che il Cliente si sposti a Playa Del Carmen a Coco Bongo, che è il punto di incontro più vicino L'orario di ritiro è stabilito in base alla tua posizione e alla disponibilità del tour, i viaggiatori che non forniscono il luogo di ritiro dovranno mettersi in contatto con noi il prima possibile, altrimenti non saremo in grado di fornire il servizio A seconda della disponibilità, il programma può cambiare, un nostro agente del servizio clienti si metterà in contatto per informare il cliente della situazione. The Atv riding and horseback riding were lots of fun. The cenote was nice as well especially if you brave enough to take the dive in. The food though not so much. Would have been nice if you didn’t have to pay so much money for your pics.

My first booking via TA was a quick dip in the toilet.Had to pay for something that was already included in the ticket??
Hello dear Jurgen, your statement is incorrect, since we always offer what you pay for, and even if it were an upgrade to use only one motorcycle, it does not coincide with the payment you made, the safest thing is that you contracted something extra which insurance was not contemplated in your ticket, since indeed we have more activities that are optional. In addition to the fact that we only have a reservation with your name happend on February, why not contact us beforehand so that we can help you, and verify what you are commenting on? Great experience with several different activities. Well designed and good coordination by the staff as we moved through the day. Highly recommend!

Literally every person we interacted with on the tour asked us for tip money, including the van driver, apparently viator or whoever organizes these tours do not pay their workers enough so they have to ask us every 5 minutes for tip money, on top of that the workers try to convince you to buy all the extra add on's as possible, they want to take us much money from you as they can, it made us all very uncomfortable, they didn't really treat us like people but more as walking financial opportunities. The zip-lines were underwhelming, atv's short and slow, and the cenote was the smallest cenote I've ever seen, you could barely swim in it. The food was actually surprisingly good though.

We are sorry that you have gone through that, because of the issue of the vendors, we support local vendors and give them space to sell their things, that is why they offer you different products, regarding the guides and transportation staff, we will take in mind your comments for in the future that it is not requested, since the tip is optional. If you are looking for a tour with more adrenaline and better ATVs, we can gladly offer you more options to meet your needs.
The activities themselves were fun but not really adventurours, mainly the ziplines were really not that high or challenging. However this would have not made me give 2 stars since it's a very personal opinion. The poor organisation is the reason for 2 stars: - first of all our assigned pick up point was in of center playa del carmen while the transportation shuttle literally drove to the hotel next to ours on the way to the park (grand riviera princess or something) - thus luckily we had proposed to initially just follow the transportation shuttle with out car but this joke stil costed us 2 hours of extra travelling time and some extra parking costs in the center - again luckily that we took our own car since there were others on the tour with 2 extra activities which would have made us wait 1,5 extra hours (which is not mentioned on the trip details, only when you arrive at the park).. - in the end, we still had to wait 45mins for them to retrieve our car, the park owners were constantly telling me that they were arranging it, only 5 more minutes and doing their best, after 30minutes, we gave up and confessed that we are spanish speakers and understood the walkie talkies directly, one of the most rude things you can do to visitors So 0/10 for tour operators, 2/10 for the park (atv and cenote was fun), 10/10 for the shuttle driver (very friendly guy).

We are very sorry for your experience regarding logistics, but in the Playa del Carmen area there is only that meeting point which is easier to locate, we can give you the option of going on your own, but in that area there is no good signal and customers are lost. Regarding the extra activities, in the park we have others that are not in the combo that you bought, and they offer you the extra activities in case you want to do them (they have an extra cost and are optional, not mandatory). And therefore if they agree to do extra activities, the time increases. We hope you can come back to us to offer you a better service.
ATV tour and Zip lines were very good. We had requested vegetarian Lunch and it was nice. We were surprised we couldn’t take pictures of ATV and Zip line and were asked to pay $95 for the pictures taken by the park staff. We walked away with no pictures of the experience. The park should allow to buy pictures alacarte for a reasonable price.
Hello dear Paddy Thank you very much for your comment, we are pleased to know that you liked your food and the tour, regarding the photos, it is a complete series of all the photos that our guides took of you and your companions, in addition to being photos in a good resolution , for it is the price is somewhat high, however, if they are allowed to use their phones, but it is under the own responsibility of each person, since in many cases the cell phones have been dropped or lost.
My husband and I were in Playa on our honeymoon and wanted to do something fun for a decent price. This nailed it on the head! Both our driver and the guides spoke English which made it nice for us. There is an option to purchase pictures there and you also need to tip your driver. Just a heads up they will not allow you to use your phone on the zip line for safety but we bought waterproof cases for the cenote so we could get pictures in the water. So much fun! You won’t regret your experience!

Our ATV, Zip line & Cenote experience at Amazing Park was literally amazing. The tour operator was very attentive and professional. I was little hesitant to book this tour at first because there was only one review however, i decided take the risk but... turned out to be excellent. Whole tour was very organized, transitions between different activities were very smooth. This Amazing Park is located near the "ruta de cenotes" which is about 30 minutes north of Playa del Carmen. I felt safe and thrilled to experience Ziplining and ATV for the first time. All of the staffs were very friendly and professional. Our guide Tema was fantastic. He was high energy, courteous and funny which made our experience even better. At the park we had other options of activities such as zombie monster truck, racing, and horseback riding. I would definitely recommend this tour. The price was cheap yet worth it..100%
