ATV Tour - Ghiacciaio Snæfellsjökull & Campi di Lava

This was such a fun experience riding the ATVs through lava fields (my favorite) to a glacier (very cool). Our guide Julia was great. She gave us bits of information about the area along the way. It was my first time on an ATV and I felt safe the whole time.

We were lucky as there were only 5 people for our tour and we had good weather and we had a blast. The guide Julia was excellent and made us very comfortable with driving the ATV and pointing out the incredible scenery. High praise for Julia who made the experience a memorable one! I highly recommend this tour.

Giulia did an exceptional job as our ATV guide. We were a family of 4 and joined by another couple. We are so glad we did this - so much fun and gained easy access to the top of the mountain that would have otherwise been too difficult - not least because we needed the multiple layers of weather gear to get to the foot of the glacier. Easy to get the hang of the ATV, and Giulia got us acclimatised at the base with a short drive before we set off on the tour. All gear is provided and high quality, clean and well-maintained. All the staff very friendly, welcoming and take care of safety properly. This is a tour which feels like an adventure without any scary level of adrenaline. Highly recommended, a truly brilliant experience.

Had such an amazing time with our guide Julia!! She was very knowledgable, clear, and informative! After getting all the gear on, she taught us best practices with the ATVing, and then we were off on our adventure together! Each stop came with wonderful information about the land and we had so much fun learning everything with her! Definitely would recommend this experience to anyone passing through!

This was an incredible tour! I was a little nervous about driving an ATV at first, but Julia was a great guide who explained everything and made occasional stops to be sure everyone was doing well. She was very encouraging and I am so glad that I did this tour. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous and it is a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this tour.

This was a highlight of our trip. The equipment seemed very well maintained and the protective wear was clean and was great at keeping us comfortable in the weather. We took several stops to allow for pictures and the staff was very informative and KIND! Totally worth the drive from the city! Do it! Then go into the small town and get the fish and chips.

The operator was very communicative. The equipment was top of the line. The guide was able to cater the tour to my expertise level. I was lucky to be the only one on the tour. Most places would have canceled. The guide was informative with local stories. It was great fun and I would not go to Iceland without doing this tour. One of the highlights of my trip.
