I booked a 6:00 PM quad bike tour that was confirmed at checkout. Company contacted me via WhatsApp and then told the tour couldn’t happen due to timing and that this slot is “only available in the summer” — which was never disclosed when booking. The operator insisted I cancel, even though their policy states cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Since this was their error, not mine, this would have cost me my refund. Disorganized, misleading, and poor customer handling.
Everything was really perfect, great organization. I highly recommend to very soon ...................👌👌👌
You have to contact the organizer beforehand with location, otherwise the pickup does not work - at least it was a bit slow with us
My experience was good the quad bikes are very easy to ride and you have the workers to support you they will help you ride the bike once you get the hang of it you are good to go just look out for the stone and rock as it is a desert land
Such a great experience and a really good value for money. We booked at 9am and decided to end the experience early because it got too hot, but the guide provided water and took really nice pictures.
Great would recommend to others went with friends also good value for money and very lovely members of staff
What a fantastic trip, pick up was smooth and on time. We were on the quad bikes for about an hour and half, great fun everything was explained properly. The guide checked we were okay stopped to take lots of pictures for us! There was a 20min stop for tea, olives and bread. I would highly recommend this company it was the highlight of our holiday.
Excellent afternoon,picked up and dropped off at our hotel,Staff were very friendly and helpful.We spent at least an hour and a half riding the bikes in the desert.
This was amazing - truly 5 stars. There were around 2 whole hours quad biking including a 20 minute or so stop for tea and bread and honey. The way there was a lot of different terrain, roads and desert. The way back was full of palm trees at sunset. Guides were lovely and stopped to take photos of us - there were only 3 of us on this tour in total when I did it
Great time quad biking with Abdul our guide explained everything before we set off and checking we were OK. Stopped for photos and tea, bread and honey half way. Would highly recommend
