Asakusa Tokyo Sushi Making Class: Cerimonia del Sake & Whisk Matcha

Descrizione

It was a great experience; nice location and good food.
A solid sushi making class! This is not a massive tourist experience and you really get personalized hands on teaching. The teachers were patient and really helped you understand why certain processes must occur when making sushi. I highly recommend the experience.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! "Not a massive tourist experience" is honestly one of the highest compliments we could receive — we deliberately keep things personal so every guest gets real, hands-on teaching. And understanding the why behind each step is exactly what makes the technique stick. Hope to welcome you back to our sushi making class in Asakusa, Tokyo someday!

It was definitely a highlight of my trip to Japan, and I can only recommend it further. The course was led by a true sushi master and accompanied by a sushi master in training. They took plenty of time and shared their expertise with a lot of humor. I learned a lot, and we had a great time! The atmosphere was simply fantastic, and I would do it again anytime. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

Ken and Sora were fabulous hosts. Such a fun time, lovely welcome, a nice small group so super interaction with great explanations and the sushi we made tasted really fresh having just been made by us! The matcha was so much better than I’d had just before at a cafe, really enjoyed the sake too! All in all, highly recommend 5🌟

Hearing that the matcha was better than a cafe version is honestly such a lovely compliment — we use high-grade matcha and take real care with the whisking, so it means a lot to know it landed.
